Not sure but it must be the rudest McDonald's I have ever been TO (Maryhill Road Glasgow). Friday, 2nd Sep, 6.30pm. Yes, it was a bit busy for the staff (a lot of delivery orders). That doesn't justify their attitude towards customers and delivery drivers. Especially a young girl serving delivery driver who in front of customers was loudly making rude comments about a delivery driver, 'if he asks again, I will snap", "can't stand it, I'll punch him", "don't tell me what to do, I've been doing it every day". When I said there is no reason for such attitude, a manager who was at the till actually rudely commented as well, the said girl just made a "pffft" noise and disappeared. Now, delivery driver didn't do anything wrong. He just asked about the order that was already ready and waiting. The staff at this McDonald's doesn't have a respect towards delivery drivers (who usually effectively work for less than a minimum wage) or customers. But they want respect towards them? Or they just have some kind of power position issues. Either or, I won't be visiting McDonald's and I'll make sure that goes to social media.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. Always missing items and incorrect items. Manager Ryan ripped my burger open to prove it was a double cheeseburger (with his bare unclean hands) then slammed it back in the bag unwrapped. Refused to replace it. Very argumentative and not even a single apology for getting the order wrong. And didn’t even listen to what else was wrong with the order. So rude he upset my child!

In for my favourite coffee. Restaurant is immaculate. Server was friendly. Plenty of parking, although leaving car park and getting on main road can be tricky at times.

I had a disappointing experience today at this McDonald's due to the manager's behavior. The manager was extremely rude and lacked the basic customer service skills. It's essential for managers, to be polite and respectful to customers. I hope they can address this issue and provide a more welcoming environment for future customers.

Everytime you get a delivery there is always items missing. Also when you call numerous time to tell them about the order they never answer the phone. Will not be ordering from here again. Lucky to get even 1 star

Used the drive thru, order handed over was item short, so had to pull over to get it corrected. Left waiting at drive thru window despite staff seeing me there. Sullen crew member eventually sorted it, though no apology for the error. No offer to refresh other items that were by that time lukewarm. Whole idea of drive thru is speed and on this occasion at this location that simply wasn't the case.

Never get your order right, especially if you customise your food to get extras or take things off they just give you a regular one

I keep reading reviews with complaints that Maryhill McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in Glasgow for getting orders wrong. Never had any issues myself, but then on the last visit I ordered 2 small McFlurrys and got 2 large McFlurrys for the same price. Not all mistakes are negative...

Turns out there not 24 hour just got refused at drive thru Yet people in front where served excuse was tills are resetting well if this is the case update your opening hours rather than wasting people's time queuing absolutely ridiculous . Angry is an understatement This restaurant has serious issues on all aspects clearly management aren't doing there job right Got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've experienced from home delivery to visiting restaurant In fact think tomorrow I'll actually call head office someone is needing to sort this restaurant out

great place to grab a quick meal. it took me approx £3.50 for a chicken wrap meal with medium french fries and a medium zero sugar sprite. really impressed with the cleanliness and quick service. all the order kiosk works perfectly fine. great experience. not too crowdy even on 31st Dec 😂 i'll surely visit this McD again ✨ cheers

Waited 20 minutes for my meal, not fast food in this macdonalds that's for sure, can be frustrating when your on a dinner break. Get bk to work sit down my lunch only to find a hair in my fries. This place seems badly run and unhygienic, I won't be back

Today I made a take away from here.I paid for a happy meal, a Mcplant and a Veggie wrap as take away. Unfortunately the pack I received was missing with the wrap and a dip in my happy meal(it's second time😡), which I realised only once I reached home😢. Such a waste of money!! So Sad to see such careless attitude, even delivering nice food. Hope you guys can understand and I believe this will make a difference🙏

I felt like a cup of tea and a chicken saver because I was thinking about my lovely Margaret who loved going to McDonald's for a wee blether and to meet the grandchildren, One of my last memories of us together. John burns. Missing you so much.

Good service and good food... Would like to see granary baps and better small salads.... they are all lettuce.

Spent £30.00 on food to be delivered to be given an order half put together and two 20 boxes of nuggets missing from my order, phoned the shop about 50 odd times to now be convinced they keep the phone off the hook. I told the driver items were missing and he stated ‘that’s all the gave me’ so now, I’m now having to order food from a different McDonald’s that isn’t so incapable of making up an order. I will be requesting my refund for the missing items.

Oil on hash browns smells bad. Egg breakfast roll has egg shells in them. Worst MC Donalds I have ever been in the whole world. I'm from India and never had complaints there.

Terrible every time I ordered cheese bits (3 peices)and they come in he packet in about 10 different peices looks like they have played football with them. Also they staff are cakes in fake tan much more than comes in a bottle. Horrible getting handed food from these orange fingers coming out the takeaway window

App wouldn't register the restaurant so we had to order in-store food was usual mcds standard. It was very busy and we had a long wait Other than that, restaurant was clean and tidy staff on the restaurant floor seemed friendly and helpful but the kitchen staff seemed to be just mucking around

For some reason there needs to be music played at concert level! The staff were all busy orking hard one girl in particular seemed run off her feet trying to keep tables clean, the food was expensive for what you get, but the noise was unbelievable unnecessary it's just as well there I'd an electronic board to order the food
