Nice clean store, that is because it's new. The store is large, however, choice range is limited compared to days of old. Wesfarmers really need to rethink beyond share price & dividends. Restructuring of customer service, would be a great place to start, staff training needs a desperate overhaul. The lack of service & drive of self serve checkouts is systemic in ALL Wesfarmers stores, Coles, Office Works, Kmart etc, etc. At this store, no customers in the queue, 1 check out operator serving, & then the inevitable question from the sargent-in-arms "cash or card" as she points towards the self serve area. I opted to be served by a REAL person. Then behind me, I heard the repeated mantra "cash or card", the family responded, we will wait for service thanku & that is what we want please Wesfarmers, service.

This is a large well stocked Target on the upper level of Pacific Fair. Particularly enjoyed browsing the fitness apparel good quality tights which fit well & are actually squat proof, very comfortable & reasonably priced

Huge amount of floor space. Always bright and colourful. The amount of clothing and goods on the racks and shelves are always well stocked. The seasonal trends have a regular change around and I enjoy watching the latest colours and patterns on display.

Great range of products and very well stocked. Customer service was terrible though. No Staff was on the floor to offer assistance. At self checkout, one of our items didn't have a bar code. We reached out for help. We were the only customers at the time. The staff in that area was trying to avoid us. I had to walk right up to her to ask for help. Without acknowledging us nor said anything, she came over and punched in some codes, resolved the issue and walked away. Her attitude was very rude and dismissive. Better customer service would have made this Target a 5/5 Store!

Bought a Russell Hobbs Kettle at a reasonable price early in the morning, nice and unrushed and not crowded

Bought shoes of them, they stated it's a leather but it's not true, I used them once, it makes the feet hot and burns as hell, shoes made of any cheap material but leather, I took it back and they said there is nothing they can if the tag was removed, how you supposed to try the shoes with the tag on it? I will never go there again

I hate have the fact they have no staff at all for payment, the costumer needs to do the bagging , the bar code reading, the payment.. Have you ever consider that tourist from over seas and elderly people can have serious difficulties to shop like that?!

Just like any Target as far as service and variety, except the layout here is gorgeous like a higher end department store. Very nice.
