I've always been a bit fearful of male, remedial massage therapists, but since coming to Shane - I will NOT go anywhere else. He has helped immensely with an old back injury that's re-emerged. Pressure is perfect !!!! Knowledge, work and passion for his job - 10/10. Finishing with the float is the perfect self care ending to a session. Absolutely amazing👌

Absolutely incredible experience. I was a touch nervous about my first sauna but walking in the door to welcoming smiles and genuine people made me feel at home. Loved the sauna and loved the relaxation area. Left feeling grounded and relaxed. Big shout out to Allessandra at the front desk, she just topped off my experience, can't wait to return!

The team at City Cave Coomera were so welcoming. Instantly felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Everything was perfect, from the music, to the little extra additions right down to the cleanliness. I highly recommend coming down seeing Kylie and her team.

This is such a well thought out and delivered concept. From reception through to the relaxation lounge to the actual treatments, everything is lovely and the staff are all so kind and caring. Cannot recommend this place enough! The ladies are lovely and kind! They’re patient and took they’re time to explain everything to me. The rooms are clean and well looked after. The Infrared sauna is my personal favourite! Very welcoming and I feel so comfortable and relaxed! Best place to unwind after a hard day. Thank you ladies! :)

This is one of my ultimate favourite places! So calm and serene all the time! Floating is my jam and I love to come in regularly to relax and feel completely weightless and free! Thanks so much to the Coomera team for always doing such an awesome job!

Always a great experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the team are wonderful and courteous. I bought the sauna pack and have to say it’s great value. I would recommend joining the club to receive all the benefits too.
