After visiting this store for 9 months with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands. Tonight I was not allowed to enter because of “so responsible” guy on entrance. unpredictable and inconsistent store. luckily there is another one in pacific fair. with no such a drama and no lottery on entry. will prefer to avoid the store where stinky drunk homeless are more welcomed than a small dog on hands. #new episode the same sad story with my 4 kilos puppy on my hands again, now after one year of visiting it. This morning I was not allowed to enter because of “so responsible” old grumpy lady, who even jumped out of cashier to deliver her thoughts to me. Still unpredictable and inconsistent store. If your employees have some issues or childhood trauma about small pets, please put a reasonable visible sign on entrance. I can not rely on someone’s morning mood

Ok. Very clean and spacious. Appears to be short staffed. Very difficult to find anyone to help with any enquiries or help reaching top shelf items.

Need to train young staff to have more product knowledge or how to get the information for customers to get the sale. We were interested in Air Fryer Ovens and sales person responded that they did not know about them and left it at that. We later did the research and found our info and ordered on line, but that young person had they looked it up could have made a sale there and then even if it had to come from warehouse.

Very busy supermarket on a Friday evening, despite this, I managed to get in & out relatively quickly. Flew through the self check outs in record time. A good fresh produce selection & bakery & considering how busy it was shelves were pretty tidy

This is one of the perfect place to stop and buy everything you need for your apartment in Gold Coast.

Did shopping in the store this afternoon, went through the self service, but no docket was produced. I called the staff member, he pushed in front of me, threw the basket in the corner and proceeded to rectify the receipt problem. He had no customer service, very rude and did not know what a smile was. Must like his job.

Hate to say it but this is the worst Woolworths on the Gold Coast. Guaranteed always out of stock of something you need or one of their fridges will be broken down. I think it's by design to drive you to go to their Pacific Fair store so if you can go there instead.

Well, this supermarket is in a handy location in the Oasis shopping centre at Broadbeach. It is good for holiday makers and for those people living in the area

Great little Woolies, doesn't stock as much range as the larger woolies such as Pacific Fair but nearly always has at least 1 brand or type of whatever you need. Always well stocked and clean, can get pretty busy during peak times. Really good selection in the bakery department especially for a smaller store. Good fresh produce and meat departments, busy store so always refreshed with fresh stock

One of the best grocery store chains in Australia. Has most grocery items. Usually you don't need to go anywhere else. The quality of the items sold especially fruits, eggs, milk, meats is very good.

Great Range of Gluten-Free products at pretty good prices. Wide aisles. Easy to navigate. Friendly staff doing a great job.

Woolworths Oasis Broadbeach is a lovely shop for food shopping. Produce displayed really well and lots of fresh products to be had in the store. Staff helpful if you need to know where something is.

Helpful staff. Shelves stocked where possible. Do not use self checkout. Do not want to see jobs lost which will happen if self checkouts are used more.!!!

The prices wow, cheaper than NZ. And friendly staff, service with a smile, not their NZ counterparts at Countdown

This is a personal opinion, I did not enjoy the layout of this Woolworths at all. Compared to other stores I have been too, this one made no sense and was so difficult to find anything. The produce once I found it was still good quality but man I walked round and round in circles trying to find the basics. Recommend asking staff for help if you are in a rush.

Mostly standard fare. But this one has a much better than standard cheese selection.

Went into the complex and the fire alarm was going off. Was unsure what to do, woollies still open, staff and customers still working/shopping Got our stuff and went to pay then get told,oh the fire alarm is going off you have to leave and we have to close the store. It had been going off for like 10 mins before this happened. We waited outside for 10 mins, alarm still gojng, no fire engine and the doors are opened again and we are allowed back into the store. Alarm turns off and all is good to go Weird

Typical Woolies and hit and miss with the staff and service. Got in, got out and not one smile - must love their work.

Went into the Woolworths store to buy some groceries.. haven't been in this store for at least 2 years..and it was huge!..😎👍💯💯💯..I had trouble finding my stores list..but the guy filling the shelves with stock..his name is 'Chris..was the mostest'..asked him where I could find items..& he was right on it.. tuned into my list for me".. Brilliant customer service'..went out of his way to help me'..I was very grateful..I'll shop there again..& it has a huge fabulicious larger selection of items than the 2 Woolworths Supermarket in Surfer's where I live .& Shop'..I'll be back there in a couple of weeks..& I'll shop again..I really appreciate & enjoyed being back in Broadbeach again..it's so clean there.. 10 🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯🔯 . A great supermarket, with everything you could need. Always sales on. Nicely laid out, with nice wide aisles.

Woolworths at Broadbeach is awesome! Albeit I couldn't get the items I went for, due to the lack of products available on account of distribution issues thanks to covid🙄 Nevertheless the staff are to be congratulated with their happy smiles & lifting ones spirits in the face of adversity. Great team of people indeed 😁

Central located , good range and easily accessible to general public especially tourists. . Heaps of general and disable parking available.

Quite a small Woolies, but a very good range of variety. Fresh sushi is a pleasant bonus.

Best hours and consistently good quality produce/meats. Was told it is ‘expensive’ however it seems quite moderate. In comparison to Coles, the quality is far superior at Wooly’s

It's convenient and cheaper to buy groceries here. Markets are clean and roomy.

My experiences in this supermarket have been underwhelming and sometimes frustrating. The deli section is the worst. Recently it hasn’t even been opened during peak times due to ‘staffing issues’. Roast chickens (or any roasts for that matter) are almost never available. Shelves are often empty throughout the store. Milks cartons are covered in spilt milk and dirt (how does that happen?). The fact is Woolworths Broadbeach can do what they like as there are no other supermarkets in the vicinity and it’s always super busy. Coles.. please open up nearby, Broadbeach Central certainly has the permanent and transient population to support two supermarkets.

The manager of the store was very helpful. Didn't know that parking will be charged after 3 hours! Had good time distributing samples of Lindt CARAMEL Squares! 🙂 Female staff lockers and toilets were very clean.

Convenient location as it is near the hotels and casino.

Was ok however alot of basic foods like cereals an toilet paper eat you had to buy in bulk which was not appropriate for 2 people for a weeks stay. Also kept waiting at checkout while operator held me up gossiping for ages to customer about her social life.

We love shopping there and the bakery man went out of his way to make us fresh donuts for our work function top service and friendly staff :)

Went from very good to very bad in a flash of covid sickies. Not nearly enough staff to service a huge customer backup. So sad

Excellent range of products makes the supermarket a real hit for families staying in nearby hotel apartments... cooking there is mych cheaper than going to restaurants! The supermarket is busy but the staff are really helpful. The cheeses and meat sections are great. The self checkouts are fast. A clean place to shop

Was there from out of state so only buying a few things at a time. Self service checkouts were usually always available due to having many and making them all available which was a big plus. Something I went in there for twice was cold 600ml Coca Cola. On one occasion the fridge had only just been stocked so most were warm and on another occasion they hadn't restocked at all so I went to a convenience store. Given the intended purpose of this fridge, I suggest they keep their backstock in the cool room instead of at room temperature in the stock room and also keep a better eye on stock levels in the fridge itself.
