I actually hate going into City Beach due to the fact staff are usally young and rude, why i say young in my comment is because they have no idea about customer service. If you don't know how to interact with customers then they should be looking for another job. It's a no brainer. These big companies should be putting there staff into a customer service class.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the behaviour that has happened by the workers today on 16/6/22 around 5:00pm. I walked in with my friends and my friend said “we should get matching shirts.” The worker with blonde hair turns around to her colleague with long lashes and black hair and made funny mocking faces to her. The other worker then nods her head and points towards us and begins to laugh. This completely ruined our day. Horrible costumer service. Never coming back.

Walked in to buy shoes , all the staff were to busy chatting , waited and still noone came . Looked at the line of people waiting to be served and just walked out . Recommend going elsewhere people the kids in that shop aren't interested in actually working .

Worst customer service by the 'Manager'. I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of Havianas and made mention of their special on the website (instore and online). I was told by the manager I needed a code otherwise he couldn't allow the discount. I told him I didn't have a code however its a sale on their website. He brushed me off and said he can't offer it without a code. I walked out. Dreadful way to treat customers who are willing to spend money in their store.

Usually I would never comment something like this since I’ve done years in customer service. But I went into city beach today and found an item I wanted to try on. When I removed the garment a security tag came off and I didn’t think anything of it until I was approached by an employee asking where the glasses were and implying straight away that I stole something. It came off super condescending. I told them that the tag came off the garment I tried on, and let them search my bag. After buying something and going to leave I was searched again at door. They weren’t apologetic at all about the accusation. They maintained their rude attitude towards me until I left the store. I was completely compliant with the situation however the whole thing left me feeling pretty offended.

Young female staff gossiping, one threw a security tag on the ground while talking to other staff members. young girl at register didn't greet me or smile scans item paid got receipt like she didn't want to be there. Very poor experience, very poor customer service.

Great gear, terrible set-up and the most disinterested staff. Ended up walking out and dropped $700 at the Loganholme store instead.

Rude Staff, stood in a line for 10 min with other people. Staff walked away, came back and rudely told me I’m in the wrong line which I was at the front of and others behind me. Poor service!

Great Cutomer Service had to take a pair of shoes back as heel broke..this was the second time and both times staff were obliging and helpful and gave me a refund.. Very happy with this store 😊

Wallets break, waste of money, manager did not exchange or refund, do not buy! My son is very upset.

I generally never write reviews but the service at this city beach is terrible, they should really consider hiring new and more welcoming staff. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more uncomfortable while paying for something, there was no “how’s your day” or any kind of small chat just a monotone hi and bye met with angry facial expressions. If I had this girls name I would be putting in a complaint because she was like this with another customer.
