Dont book this hotel!!!!! I arrived at midnight and they told me, that there is no water in the hotel. I booked before for 4 nights. I had to stay there for one night. The room wasnt like at the photos at all. Not clean, the door unlockable from inside and very disgusting, like there was a half-fresh chewing gum on the bed. The next morning, I did the check out and said that i want the money back. First they wont do that. So I got very angry. Fortunately i got it at the end. So dont book this hotel!!!!

The beds and mattresses are very dated and drop in the middle so it's hard to sleep on them. The bar up the top is a nice touch and you get a free drink and snacks. This place is really aimed at a young party crowd. Location is great. The shower is so small you cannot shut the curtain so water goes everywhere.

The worst place I've ever been under the balcon there is a street with pub Where 70 persons talked all night and you feel like there would be most crowded street in the world. Not possible to sleep all night. Now i understand why the hotel is so cheap

Reasonable and cheap hotel with location close to the centre of Granada. Rooms are big but stark and worn. Bed was comfy and clean. The staff are helpful and speak English.

Advertise free WiFi all areas, not so as many bedrooms can not get WiFi. Breakfast buffet, consists of bread rolls, small mass produced croissants, corn flakes, orange juice, jam and butter so very poor breakfast choices. Rooms very tired, ours had mould and paint peeling, broken drawers, broken table. Cold rooms in winter, heating not great and noisy. All night night club below back of hotel, very noisy. If on 4th floor at back then noise from bar above. Good points are price and position to shops, room attendants friendly.

Stayed for three nights in double room with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms were plain but clean and quiet(weekdays), the breakfast was bare minimum, the reception staff were present but unhelpful. The roof terrace was nice. As we arrived, there was no water in the hotel, however they told us it would soon be back. Three days later, they still hadn't even found the problem. The second day we were offered showers and toilets in an adjacent building, and after asking for it even got some bottled water. After quite a lot of haggling we got compensated with roughly 25% of the room price, although we expected the double amount. 3 stars for plain standard, minus 2 for the water situation and the unhelpful staff.

(Translated by Google) At the disposal of the client they left two bottles of water, gel and a bar of soap. The good thing about the hotel is the air conditioning and the TV. You could hear all the noise from the corridor, the bed was uncomfortable (it sank with you), there was no fridge, the shower was small and there was water on the floor (I don't know if there was a leak). Reception service was good.

Centrally located which is good, Very dated rooms, some with no outside facing windows. The hotel has a nice terrace on the top floor which can be noisy at night. Best thing about the hotel are the staff who were very helpful with whatever queries were thrown their way.

The room was warm (January) and very clean (beds as well). I enjoyed my stay there especially after previous terrible stay at the nearby, dirty, hotel. The customer service was very good and the rooms very good.

(Translated by Google) The room is quite run down and needs a few upgrades. The bathroom window did not close, so getting out of the shower was a bit unpleasant...the door from the room to the bathroom was stuck...the shower screen was hanging on the verge of falling...well ...bad value for money. The only positive is the location (Original) La habitación está bastante dejada y necesita unas cuantas mejoras.

(Translated by Google) Unbeatable location, very attentive, friendly and pleasant reception people. The hotel places special importance on cleanliness and aroma. The only negative point is that you can hear what is happening in the next room and the bathroom is a bit small. I would at least come back without a doubt (Original) Localización inmejorable, personas de recepción muy atentas, amables y agradables.

(Translated by Google) Hyper small room. A person already moves with difficulty since you enter and directly have the bed. The room was super dirty. You could tell that only the sheets and towels had been changed. There were hairs all over the floor in the room. The images they show have nothing to do with reality. In our room you could also hear the elevator that they have on the terrace (at least it hasn't been busy) since it was quite audible in the silence of the night (12:30 onwards) I don't think it will repeat.

(Translated by Google) I dont have nothing to complaint about. Very clean, spacious and complete room. The bed is very comfortable, and it should be noted that it is one of the few that allow you to travel with your dog, which also includes a cot and its bowls. All a detail. The location, perfect, right in the center. The reception, 24 hours and very friendly. It is true what they say in other comments about it being somewhat noisy, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but of the rude people who pass by shouting at dawn on the street. I will return and recommend it. (Original) No tengo queja.

Best value for money ever! It's a little on the shabby side, but the rooms are big and it's in a great position in Granada. For the price, haven't had better!

Fantastic little roof top bar which is really undersold. Great view over the monastery and over the city. Well worth seeking out.

Extremely poor customer service. The receptionist didn't speak comprehensible English and was messaging her friends on her mobile phone and counting money while I was trying to pry some information about buses from her. The only good thing about this place is the 'chill out' that has nice views.

This hotel is located close to basilica San Juan de Dios and 25 minutes walking from Alhambra. Our airconditioned room was alright but the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so the whole floor got wet when showering.

The location is great, but poor service. The wifi inside the room was not working, I reported it, but no solutions, the reception suggest to use wifi at lobby and will be charged 1 EUR per 15 minutes. it is not about the money, but the guest did not receive the facility as described in the website

(Translated by Google) Noisy hotel, walls are made of cigarette paper. The remote control of the TV did not go and also only three channels were seen on TV. Shower curtains stick to the face. The receptionist (Emilio) was super friendly, and the views spectacular if you look, of course. If I go back it will be to see Emilio, the best person I have ever met (Original) Hotel ruidoso, las paredes son de papel de fumar.

(Translated by Google) Despite the beauty of the place, lousy service. The last one was that we went on a day that was quite full because some friends were waiting for us at the table. There was a big man at the bar sitting looking at the cell phone and listening to music with the headphones telling us to stand in line, at no time could he be identified as a doorman. He began to hesitate and when I asked him if he worked there he told us to leave. We asked for a claim book, they sent us to the hotel, at the hotel they told us to go up to the terrace and in the end we left without being able to put the claim. Totally a very unprofessional way to ruin a Sunday afternoon.

Run away!! It’s the first time I write a bad comment for an hotel but I think it was important to talk about the experience we had my friend and I in this hotel. The room had nothing in common with the picture on the hotel web site. It was austere, the window were not completely airtight so we could smell cigarettes from the oustide, it was freezing inside and it was really noisy !! In the bathroom, we had mold all around the window. When someone is taking a Shower you can hear the water running inside the pipes really loudly in the bedroom. We asked to have new bed sheets because we unfortunately stained them, they juste change 1 and turned upside down the duvet! The common part are dirty… we paid 231€ for 2 nights for 2 people. We will never come back The 2 only benefits of this hôtel is the view from the terrasse and the location near the Alhambra. So i higthly recommend you to skip this hotel !!!
