The Usine Musée Parfums Galimard boutique in Grasse offers a super nice free tour and perfume shop. We had a lovely time discovering the perfume production techniques. They provide free parking and organize free guided tours every 15 minutes, including in English!

Good tour, historical experience and visit. The overall building and shopping experience is not on par with some other parfumeries, but still fun and worth a visit.

Lovely store and one day I’ll visit the factory if it’s possible. Seda is one of the best staff she took all the time helping me find my scent and I’m so satisfied with all my purchases. Thanks

They show you around, give you some interesting information about parfum and parfum making, they also make it a point to explain that the price of their perfumes, eau de toilette and eau de parfum are much lower than when you buy them at a store and have a major brand on them. That been said, I still bought two, one as a gift. The person that was our guide was charming and very patient when we asked questions and helped us choose the right perfumes.

According to website, "A 15ml bottle of Eau de Parfum offered for any order over 30 €". On 02.04.23, I bought 2pcs x 68 euro, from store in Grasse, but I didn't the 15ml bottle. Why?

Educational and good experience overall. We hadn’t known much about perfume before but left with a lot of knowledge. The tour guide was nice and knowledgable. The tour is free but at the end you will most likely be tempted to spend money at their gift shop, where the tour ends. Throughout the tour, the guide talked a lot about item of the gift shop to persuade you to buy Gallimard product. This was annoying and a waste of time but understandable (the tour is free). They have tours in English and French every 30 minutes. They offer a perfume making workshop (around every 2 hours) for 55€ . We opted out. Despite the tour being free, I wouldn’t go so far to say it was worth our time and the far drive from Nice. However if you’re interested in this and have the spare time, it is a good insight into the local craft.

👍👍 Since we missed the Fragonard factory tour in Eze, we had to visit this one in Grasse. This tour is absolutely free! The guide carries herself well and answered all our questions cheerfully even when this is a free tour. We were glad to learn about the history and manufacturing of perfume and soaps....
