So far so good! The hotel is not brand new, but I am having a good experience, it is very good for families with kids! I liked the room, we can watch tv separately or seat in the balcony in front of the pool while the baby sleeps in our room! The food is very varied, fresh, it is not a 5 star restaurant of course , feels home made but I like it very much! The pools are nice! There is a small give, that works! A playground, shows! The only suggestion is to put one more person in the reception, any question or solicitation you have to wait a while because there are many people to ask but only one to answer! I would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay. It’s going to be a long review but it’ll be helpful for those looking to decide whether to book. - The entertainment is amazing, mini disco every night, quizzes spoken in French, English and Spanish, then a show with themes which were amazing. The animation team are phenomenal, they ran the pool activities like pole dancing, spin cycle, aqua dance and aqua jog, yoga on surfboards, giant foam party disco, water polo and volleyball. - Fan and AC in the room. - The hotel staff are amazing. I left my phone outside the hotel when my transfer picked me up for the airport. They fetched it and organised a taxi to send it at the airport. - You can book all trips online through a QR code so you can do it when you want, there are big touch screens round the hotel to show you the timetable for the week so you can plan if you want to do activities or not and see what time things are happening and what show is on etc. - Room spectacularly clean with towels changed daily, we had a top floor sea view room and it came with towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. We weren’t expecting an apartment but we had sofa, fridge, kettle, microwave, TV which was nice and complimentary bottled water too. - Comfiest bed ever with optional duvet and extra pillows in case you need them. - 3 swimming pools, a heated climatized one, a salt water big pool and then another pool with a water slide. There are pools near all rooms and sections of the hotel. - Breakfast is great. 3 kinds of fresh juice, milkshakes, smoothies, pancakes, Nutella, waffles, fruit, eggs 3 ways, bacon, beans, tomatoes, sausages two ways, 6-8 kinds of pastry and a cereal/muesli/yoghurt bar etc. there’s everything you could want and more. - Lunch: HUGE salad variety changed daily, dried fruit and nuts, gluten free bread products always available and saw them getting sweets and ice lollies for kids and people who didn’t want whatever was on offer for pudding. They have 2/3 kinds of pizza, chips, pasta and three kinds of sauce, two fish and meat grilled fresh like salmon, tuna steaks, beef fillet, pork loins etc. The two choices change from lunch to dinner and are different for the next few days. One random dish like paella, stir fry, fajitas etc made in front of you. Assortment of veg and side dishes and mains changed every day like stew, fish in sauces, chips, rice etc. Pudding like 10 kinds of cakes, rice pudding, yoghurt, ice cream and fruit. Exactly the same as dinner but the choices are different from lunch. We stayed for 10 days but there were different dishes daily as the theme changes. Side dishes repeated but was good for the kids and picky eaters. - Dinner themes: Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, BBQ, American, Asian etc. - All inclusive drinks are Strawberry slush, Blue Tropical Slush, Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta orange, Fanta lemon and Aquarius. The cups are next to the machine and you serve yourself whenever you want it. - All day ice cream bar (scoop). - If they bring out more food any left over on previous plate they will take away and not leave the old stuff out and they are CONSTANTLY cleaning any spillages. - Pool doesn’t shut down, you can swim early in morning or late at night just without a life guard. - Meal times are good, dinner is a bit late though. 8-9,9-10 brekkie. 1-2,2-3 lunch, 7-8:30, 8:30-10:00 dinner. Snacks are right next to the pool 11-6 ish. Nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, chicken burgers, toasties, chips, ice cream, salad, bread, sandwiches, fruit etc. - They do cash exchange at front desk with decent rates. €10 for the deposit for a beach towel. - Nice beach with showers and toilets etc 10 mins max away. Very hot as it’s black sand, €4 for a parasol and the same cost for a sun lounger. Souvenir shops, supermarket, trip shop and rent a car is 1 minute walk from hotel. Overall it was an amazing stay for the money, the staff were so attentive and couldn’t do any more to help, they were so friendly, highly recommend. Great stay!

Just returned from a 10 night stay and was really happy with the holiday. Food was good, plenty of choice and never had a bad meal. Staff friendly and attentive although a couple of extra bodies behind the bar at night wouldn't go amiss. Pools and outside areas spotless and well maintained, plenty of good quality sunbeds. Rooms a little tired but very comfortable and clean, maids came in every day. Overall a really nice place - don't believe some of the negative reviews!

Enjoyable family holiday. Rooms spacious and comfortable but weirdly the maids didn't replace toilet rolls regularly or the dirty mugs. Staff were very friendly, particularly the pool bar staff be it in the morning for breakfast or for evening drinks. Food in the buffet was plentiful but maybe a few more child friendly dishes could be available for the less adventurous palate. Lovely selection of desserts and ice cream. Will definitely visit again as the niggles were small and definitely not enough to put us off.

Stayed here with my Husband and two teenagers and we had a great time. The hotel and pool is very clean and well maintained. The staff all friendly and helpful. The food is plentiful and what is expected for an all inclusive buffet. Every apartment has excellent air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, I really can’t fault this place at all.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times, the rooms are clean, and the staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help. There is a wide choice of food available at every mealtime. This is an ideal hotel for families with young children with many activities for younger children to do. There are 3 pools that don't get over crowded, the poolside bar has a selection of snacks available throughout the day. 5*

Fantastic hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The staff work extra hard through the food service. Snacks are available. Lots of space having 3 pools. The slide in the was fun (I'm 29 and enjoyed it). Amazing view of the mountains. We chose a sea view from our room it was lovely. The road outside the hotel was dead quiet at night, not an issue for us. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed extra things in our room. The room was really nicely decorated. Lots of colours, a happy environment. Air con in the room. The entertainment was fun. Great hotel for family's, lots of things to do for kids. My partner and I got involved in the water polo which we enjoyed. One of the friendliest happy hotels I've stayed in. Would 100% stay again.

The staff was lovely and the hotel was up to the standards with an amazing entertainment team. It was definitely a 3 star and nearly touching a 4 star standard . The reason I am not giving more then 2 starts is due to the poor management as we had 2 rooms and the shower was blocked in one of them and the room inundated every time someone shower . Keep apologising and promise to send someone to repair it and never did. The second downturn was the checkout as I asked a week in advance to accommodate a late checkout And not 12 , since I arrive at23:00 the day I check in and my flight is at 21:00 the day I leave I was expecting a late check out even though I am paying for it , but even with the payment offered they decline as the rooms are booked, being unprofessional as my shower blocked and You cannot even compensate with a late checkout which we paying for anyway . So had to spend the day without able to shower and the transfer to airport picking me at 17:00. The most they can offer is 30 mins slot for a shower and is 25 euro in the shower area; very unprofessional and never meet this at any 4 star hotels I have been used neither in Europe or others. Although was lovely staff and lovely entertainment, which was worth the price they have on, but with this kind of downturn makes me not wanna return as not to face the same issues so I would rather choose a hotel that can offer a full package considering we choosing 4 star and over ….

My 14 year old daughter and I had a wonderful mini break at Allegro Isora during the May half term. An affordable all-inclusive, with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms, comfy beds, decent WiFi and air conditioning. Food and drinks were good quality and bottomless. There was a very wide range of choices and I enjoyed the fish, great salads and free wine. The pools were big and great and we enjoyed the daily free fitness activities in the pool, such as SUP yoga, aqua aerobics and aqua kick boxing. Staff were all polite and helpful. We mainly stayed at the hotel but we took a day trip to Park Siam and the Canarian bus service is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. We would definitely return.

Pleasant Hotel With beautiful swimmingpools and exterior. A room with a small kitchenette and a balcony with a view on the ocean. 5 minute walk from a black sand beach that didn't weigh up to the comfort and distance of the hotel swimmingpools. Breakfast was diverse. Lunch and dinner had great variety and choice for even the most picky eater.

Me and my partner went with two children for 11 days the staff were very helpful and the kids entertainment team made a real effort to get to know the children there was something different every night for the adults. The food was what you expect from an all inclusive and there is a wide range of choices. We has one problem when a cleaning lady accidentally put our daughters iPhone through the laundry process how ever the hotel was very fast in compensating us and I received a full refund for the amount I paid for the phone in my bank account. All in all it was a good experience.

Had a nice holiday but wouldn't say it's a 4* hotel which it is listed as. Food in the buffet was nice but again not 4*. No real place to sit and relax on an evening, the only bar had a children's disco on until 9pm and it's really only plastic seats, more like a cafeteria, not somewhere you can go and relax on an evening with a drink. I think this was the biggest disappointment for me. The pool by the pool bar was closed for maintenance while we were there which was disappointing as it meant if you wanted to sit at the pool/snack bar you were right next to a work site. The other pools were lovely though.

The hotel was beautiful, the location was great! The deluxe room was spacious and beautiful. The view was amazing! The only thing I have to comment on is the dining hall. The dining chairs need to be washed or replaced. Dinner could be good every night, although most of the time you can still find something to eat. The staff were very nice. Thank you, we were very satisfied!

Stayed at Allegro Isora for 10 Nights from 28th February We had one of the best holidays we have ever had! We couldn't fault anything with the hotel, had a room overlooking the Pool, with an added sea view too! Food in the restaurant was great, had the usual Buffet selections then each night they would put on "Specials" to enjoy! You can enjoy the restaurant for both Lunch and Dinners! Pool bar has Food during the day too but just a small selection but its convenient if you just want to remain relaxing by the Pool! Great drink choices branded and local spirits, Beer and Soft drinks you can use self service, Bars closed at 12am Hotel has 3 great Pools, a lot of the families with children stayed at the heated one at the top, or the bottom one with the slides, which was great as the middle Pool was nice and chilled with just adults and no problem grabbing a sunbed! Plenty of entertainment during the day to participate in, and evening shows to watch! The festival around the pool was great and also the PoolFoam party was fun too! Hotel is in a great location, straight opposite is a great coastal path for walks or runs, 10 mins walk away is the beach, with a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars! There is also a supermarket 30seconds from the hotel too! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it's a chilled area, enjoyable for couples and families, but not those who are looking to party We went to Siam Park, Loro Park and also went Whale watching, so much more close by you can see and do! We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for a awesome holiday!

Nice staff. Hot dishes on the buffet were cold. The walls very thin everything could be heard through . Pools very fine. Only a 3 stars overpriced hotel. The All Inclusive Plus was not worth the money 20 Euros in additional charge a day is too much

Stayed here in February 23 for 4 nights with my son. The service was on point. Food was as expected. The self serve drinks were great and no real waits for them. The entertainment during the day and evening was poor however I guess the time of year we went. Overall for the price we grabbed a bargain break and would go back

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly. There is a heated pool but the one with the slide...I think they turn that off at the end of March so the kids don't stay in long. Food was very good but like other reviews it's warm not hot. It's super clean and they are working still making it look super smart and clean. The main pool was closed when I went but the other two pool were enough. Pool view is fine, we paid for a sea view and I would have been very happy with a pool view. Entertainment area at night is like a canteen area and it's fine if you have kids. Kids entertainment for 9older is lacking. The older children wanted to join in the adult entertainment around the pool. Not many adults wanted to do the entrainment and I thought why can't they just do it for the kids. Like other reviews the sofa bed was ok and they forgot to put a duvet on so I had to call reception a few times but it did turn up. It's a very good holiday for the money. Infant it's amazing for the money. I would definitely recommend. It's 10/15 mins walk to the beach and the shops. 20mins in taxi to the water park. We went for 5 night and it was a percent little holiday 😍

Had a great 6 nights here and would recommend. The area is very good (but very hilly), close to a couple of bars and restaurants as well as supermarket and bus stops towards Adeje and Playa las Americas etc. Quite a modern hotel everything looks quite new. Food was good and evening meals are quite varied. Staff were all polite and helpful. Evening entertainment wasn't great but the 'sports bar' had major football games on so you could watch that if interested. Pool areas were clean and not too busy. We had a pool view suite. It had good proximity to everything in the hotel as it was in the centre but it was ground floor. Large bedroom, shower room and living space with kitchenette. The only issue was the room above were very noisy, moving furniture around at 4am etc and loud banging footsteps from around 7am we didn't sleep very well here. I'd recommend the hotel but not a ground floor room.

Really nice room. Nice animation staff. Lovely help bar / restaurant staff especially Mario who made us smile with his kindness everyday! Only real negatives were 10 Euro deposit for pool towels!! Then 2 Euros if you wanted a fresh one each time. Never had that before at an all inclusive. You get a fresh pool towel everyday. A little thing I know but did annoy me. Buffet was good, lots of choice and fresh food cooked by the Chef at the grill. Only negative is the food that was pre cooked wasn’t kept warm on the side. It just sat there going cold which then made it grim. Sad, as made the chefs look bad but actually just the technology just not up to scratch. No one wants old beans with their freshly cooked omelettes! 😢🤷‍♀️

I'll just start by saying this is a limited review as I was poorly (nothing to do with the hotel) The room I had was in the family block and was massive, could easily sleep 4. It had a basic kitchen which was useful. The daytime entertainment was fantastic and the animation team was amazing, evening entertainment (what I saw of it) was odd but somewhat enjoyable. The food at the hotel was very good, what I had of it, I only went to the restaurant twice in the evening and it was good, breakfast was what you'd expect, the juices seemed to be a bit watery but there was enough coffee machines that you didn't wait long, if at all. The location of the hotel is away from the tourist parts of the island and is quiet, the beach near the hotel isn't the best but then the pools are good. Some of the rooms have great views of the Atlantic and La Gormera or of the mountains/volcano One of the best things I think you can say about a hotel is that you'd return and I was looking at booking it for next year while I was there. Great for everyone from solo, family and couples. People with mobility issues might think twice as the complex is rather large and stretched out

What a place. I don’t have a bad word to say. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and the bed is so comfortable. The food is delicious and they have options for everyone, I am heavily pregnant with dietary complications and have to avoid so much. But I never went without a delicious meal, if you are diabetic, on a diet or pregnant there is something for you. There are sugar free drinks on tap and even sugar free slush puppies. If you get bored of the food (which you wont) there are restaurants nearby. (The one opposite is booking only so make sure you book) cute cafes looking out to sea, a supermarket within a 2 minute walk. There is a spa onsite where I had THE BEST pregnancy massage, 10/10. The grounds are spotless and there is decent entertainment on at all times, activities such as aqua aerobics, volley ball in the pool and even a kids club, shows at night which will at least give you a good laugh. I can’t wait to bring my son here next year for his first holiday, I will 10000% be back. Me and my mum can’t wait to bring the rest of our family. Thank you so much for the most relaxing baby moon ❤️❤️❤️

Outside pools and surroundings are fine. Hotel rooms are sizable and clean, serviced daily. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The main negative is that the bars have no comfortable seating, however they do have a reasonable selection of drinks even though some aren't included in the all inclusive package. The restaurant is manic and completely understaffed, even though we visited off season in November. Food choice is OK but fairly basic however most food is nearly cold by the time you get it to the table. Cups, plates and glasses are very often running out. This goes for all the bars too. Swimming pools are clean and surrounded by a reasonable number of lovely sunbeds although I'm not sure if there would be sufficient in peak season. Good for children and families.

Had a lovely stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Disappointed that 2 pools were closed but understand maintenance has to be done and it didn’t spoil our stay. Entertainment staff were very enthusiastic and gave it their all. There was a good selection of food if a little repetitive and the hot selection was lukewarm at best, but there are microwaves available. Also new toasters are definitely needed, there was only one and you had to put it through at least 4 times to get slight colour on it. Overall for what we paid it was good value for money.
