👍👍 Great place, great stay. Best value for money (even and especially in semana santa/holy week). The breakfast is delicious and the hosts are super friendly and speak good English as well. The rooms are not the biggest and it feels like a homestay. If you don't like that don't go, but we would definit... People often mention rooms, room, amazing, clean, breakfast, nice,

Great place, great stay. Best value for money (even and especially in semana santa/holy week). The breakfast is delicious and the hosts are super friendly and speak good English as well. The rooms are not the biggest and it feels like a homestay. If you don't like that don't go, but we would definitely come again! By the way, the place owns a great roof top terrace as well.

The hosts were nice, but they have to be as the place was absolutely moldy and unhealthy to sleep in. My room had no windows and no ventilation, so literally it was like sleeping in a moldy basement. So far my worst Airbnb Experience in Guatemala.

Owner is the sweetest lady and very accommodating. The place has an amazing roof view. WiFi is the fastest I have seen in Antigua.

This place SUCKS. Not a three-star hotel, not even a hotel. Five rooms around a sitting area, so everyone hears everything. And everyone shares the same tiny toilet, and what is more gross, the same shower. Eight people, when I was there. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink. And it's not particularly cheap.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We stayed before the volcano hike and the owners offered to store our bags for us. When we checked back in after the hike, our bags were in the room, ready and waiting for us. There is a small kitchen you can use, shared bathroom and rooftop terrace to relax on. It was only us staying there, so we had the place to ourselves. Everything was clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend staying here!

Really nice place! Rooms don’t have windows but it airs out quickly with the door open. Shower is hot, centrally located and the owner is the best!

Great price, location and host! Unfortunately intense smell of mold in the room 😕

Clean rooms, nice kitchen, hot water and a very good roof top with volcano view.

The host was amazing. She had a plethora of recommendations for those who want to live like the locals do.

We liked it here. We had some important work to do and stayed for 4nights. Perfect for us. Nimesi and her husband Carlos are amazing couple and the place is clean! If anyone says otherwise it's because there some one-night-only-guests (tourist) who are filthy. Not the couple who owns the place! Remember that.

The room we stayed in smelled heavily of mold and that smell stuck with our clothes after we left. Even though the owners are nice and helpful the mold is hard to ignore and unfortunately made it a bad experience for us.

Peaceful, quite and clean family-ran accomodation. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but there was no window in the room. There is however a fan and we just opened the door onto the pretty courtyard

Very nice breakfast, every day you get something different and fresh. Location is fine, but rooms are a bit small and some of them no windows.

This cute little place has a good vibe and lovely owner. Nimsy makes the most amazing things for breakfast. Exactly the things you need to start the day. Unfortunately we had cloudy days, but the roof terrace should give some amazing views.

Excellent place to stay in Antigua. The owner will make you feel like you are at home. The rooms are big enough. The showers and toilets are super clean. There is a terrace to look at the volcanoes from. WiFi works well. The free breakfast are amazing! The owner will help you to move around the city, and to get to your new destination.

A typical simple, small home with fair price rooms around courtyard, converted to small hostel. Stayed in clean, comfortable private room for one week visit. Nice quiet, convenient location, pleasant walk to everywhere. Helpful, warm hostess/manager. Includes nice breakfast, good wifi.

Centrally located hotel and easy to reach. The hosts are very helpful and warm. The beds are comfy enough and rooms are quiet at night. Hot showers and clean bathroom. Great breakfasts! Overall, this was the best stay in our trip so far.

What a great stay! We arrived slightly earlier than midday check-in but were allowed to check in straight away. Thank you! Breakfast was fresh and tasty - two eggs and smokey beans with toasted bread and coffee. Pancakes with fruit the second morning. WiFi worked well. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean. The Terrance is amazing, there are chairs, tables and a couple of loungers so great to relax whether you want sun or not. Lots of lovely plants up there too. You are given keys so you can come and go as you please, which we liked We were able to store our bags as we were doing an overnight trek. Great location - short walk into the centre of Antigua. Hosts always smiling and friendly, even though I have limited Spanish! Can not fault this place! 10 out of 10! Absolutely recommend.

I booked a room directly through the owner and on the day of arrival she sent me a WhatsApp simply saying that she couldn't host us anymore without giving us an alternative.
