Visited kashee's for just a facial but found out it was fully crowded because of some deal. Although I am a regular customer they said that the wait time is only half an hour for a hydra facial, I found out they were just saying it to all customers to grab the maximum number of people. Their staff was exhausted, no area to have that many people seated, no proper ventilation, ACs not working, applying the bleach with the same brush from the same solution even the lady next to me said she has some kind of skin allergy but still the staff used her already used brush on other clients, no management, not even gowns available, Also they never told me about the wait time in the start and when after seeing the crowd i went for refund they refused saying that we already told you about wait time and no refund. Moreover their staff was also not doing even the simple facial properly. They were also focusing on the number of clients covered and completing hydra facials in 10 mins except a few. Just think for a moment that even paying such a huge amount of hydra facial not taking any deal we still had to wait 6 hours to get our facial done. P.S. feeling pity for hardworking staff as they wanted to focus on quality but couldn't because of the management.

Very messy environment. Staff was not enough for crowd. Specially Hair cut is not satisfying. Non trained staff. Aggressively behaving with customers due to work load. Floor was full of cuted hairs n there was no swiper to clean it.

Very bad experience. Have to take refund because the staff was not friendly and everything was unsanitary. Manicure and pedicure was absolutely worse. Nothing was properly done, no massage, no mask, done in 5 minutes. Also protein treatment was mostly oiling and wash nothing else. They made me wear a shopper on my head instead of plastic cap. Very bad experience.

I am satisfied with the hair cutting

Terrible service! Unsanitary equipment such as brushes and all- Gulshan K.D.A market location. I went there because I follow Kashee's page from USA and loved their make up but once I got there my experience was absolutely horrible. Make up Artist who I specially paid extra money for (Anum) was late, then the ladies who did my daughter's hair and my sister's hair didn't put in the teeka we had given them to incorporate with the hair. After they forgot to put it in and we reminded them, they said no don't put it in it will not look good, which defeats the purpose of us paying a professional to do the hair that will compliment the teeka. Also, I had purchases some artificial glue on nails for the event I was getting ready for, staff person who was putting the nails on put glue all over the top of the nail on about 4 out of 5 nails on each hand. Then they didn't have anything to remove the glue with and it ruined my nails and we had to polish them a different color which defeated the purpose of me having a special nails that I had picked out with my outfit. A different staff person glued my sister's nails backwards giving them an awkward shape. There was water mess All in the changing rooms where we needed change. Their lack of delays and negligence made us late for our event as well. All in all it was a terrible experience and I'll never bring my business to Kashee's again. So so disappointed. Unfollowed Kashee's.

Hair cutting or makeup is awesome

Worst experience ever. I went there for Manicure pedicure. The place was so dirty sofas were dirty. The lady put the used wet dirty towel on my hand. They were were using used tools on every customer. Working girls were rude making fun of customers talking in different language. I would never recommend Kashees to anyone.

Worse experience we waited for approximately 3 4 hours for the hair cut the staff was so uncooperative and the whole salon was so untidy hair cutting section was full of hairs, facial they did in just 2 3 mins also the floor was flooding with water and dirt , please agar ap log customer itne tackle nhi kr skte to appoint mat krein or itne paise leke 2 min Ka facial mut krein.

When I put a foot in this place it was glistening to the eye, I loved it! It was a grand Palace, I asked for a haircut me and my daughter, the waiting was not even 5 minutes long it was less than that! My daughter went first and got the haircut she wanted forever and finally today was the day , it was my first time with kashees and I was a bit nervous but when the lady was cutting my daughters hair I had no worries at all my daughter was jappy after the haircut was blow dry and after the blow dry my daughter looked like a fashion magazine model next was my turn and I went next I cut the same as my daughters and oh I didn't even need blow drying mine was already wavy and curly but she still did it me and my daughters hair looked fantastic I wished I could've cutter my n my daughters hair in the wedding because the wedding just finished but we did have that much time and I though it would longer but NO it was like less than an hour and it wasn't what I expected. thank you Kashees and the lady who was working there! I really enjoyed the relaxing experience!

Not a very good experience. They literally ruined my hair and I didn't even get the haircut I showed them. They don't even listen to you when you are explaining. Never gonna go back again.

Pathetic! They have hired underaged girls who can’t even do proper work, such rude and disrespectful staff, I felt like running away in the middle of my facial because the woman was too busy ranting about her job. Gosh! My money was wasted and I regret it so bad!

I applied extensions with dye plus stricks from AnumAslam gulshan branch it was fantastic they all very cooperative
