If I could rate it a 0 I would. This jewelry places is terrible. First couple of days I bought my rings my tiny diamond falls off. My gem was really loose and the shape of my ring wasn’t a circle. Couple months passes and two more diamond falls off....for the amount we paid I’m very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone coming here to purchase any rings.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very aggressive and insulting sales team, completely overpriced for the product that they have. It is not surprise that they include a “no refunds” statement in their paperwork. Don’t recommend. If you want to buy quality jewelry for a reasonable price go to a legitimate retailer such as Kay’s or Jared. This place is a borderline scam

WALMART HAS BETTER QUALITY RINGS!!!!! I got a ring on December 20th 2020, the first three days after the purchased a diamond falls off and one of the gems was really loose, I take it back and they fixed it with no issues couple months pass and 2 more diamonds fall off, at this point I’m mad why do they keep falling? They tried to make me switch to another ring but it’s one that’s not my style so I pass on it. Now there’s Another gem loose and I’m done having to worry about my ring and taking it back to the store.I have another ring; a princess crown, it’s from Walmart and HAVE NEVER had an issue with it. Please go somewhere else for jewelry that’s cheaper and better quality

When I was shopping for engagement rings, this was the worst if places I looked at. The people were rude and very pushy with their sales tactics and virtually no return policy. Buyer beware, I wouldn't trust these people with any kind of fine jewelry, personally.

BEWARE scammers they will sell u a ring and give you another do not buy here go to helzberg diamonds ! yes a little more pricey but way worth it ! diamonds on 10 , this place will sell you a ring then try to replace it with a used cheaper material one BEWAREE

My husband and I came in here 2 and 1/2 years ago for my engagement ring and wedding band set. It was nice customer service and we liked they offered a credit card for financing. I was treated like a special bride-to-be! The only complaint we had was when my rings were sized they were never re-stamped as gold on the inside. We let them know and we were told they could get them stamped, but at that point we were married and honestly did not care (a newlywed that didn't want to part with her rings). We also went to the Vernon Hills location for my husband's plain gold band with good customer service. This past weekend we went in for a 2nd diamond wedding band for myself. Blanca had called my husband letting him know of the sale going on for valentine's a week beforehand. She treated me just as special as when we went in to pick out my original wedding and engagement band! Blanca is very kind and has great customer service. I highly recommend working with Blanca.

I had a really good experience here buying a couple watches. The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive. I've been in here other times when I just wanted to browse, and they were good with that too. I'm told it's a family-owned store. It feels good to support that. Here are a couple of pix: one of the store front, and one of the store interior with the two staff who helped me. Prices were fair too, with a reasonable discount off of the ridiculous MSRP prices. I bought a Tissot watch for myself and a Citizen Eco-Drive for my mom for Christmas.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! Purchased some beautiful unique pieces that made my spouse happy for his birthday!

I’m disappointed with myself. Do not buy anything that they say is on sale, BECAUSE there’s no sign that says so. I ended up buying a ring for $3,000.00!!!! How’s that on sale?! In the other hand they were polite, but again advertising something without a sign on the item is a Red Flag. Sorry for bad review.
