We
purchased
tickets
to
the
"Happening
Pesach"
+
museum
tour.
The
event
was
so
poorly
organized,
with
nobody
there
to
tell
the
crowds
where
to
go,
long
waits
(even
30
mins)
between
stations,
and
everything
running
way
behind
schedule.
There
were
dozens
of
kids
at
some
stations
with
only
2
staff
members
manning
everything
and
struggling
to
get
things
set
up.
It
was
so
bad,
we
left
in
the
middle
of
the
happening.
Most
frustrating
was
the
fact
that
the
website
didn't
contain
clear
information
and
despite
calling
in
advance
to
check
about
times
and
arriving
at
the
time
indicated
on
the
tickets,
when
we
got
there,
we
were
told
by
the
manager
we
should
have
arrived
several
hours
earlier
and
that
we
would
have
to
choose
between
the
guided
tour
or
the
happening,
both
of
which
we
paid
for.
Because
of
their
disorganization
and
false
advertising,
we
weren't
able
to
go
to
all
the
stations,
an
entire
section
of
the
museum,
nor
to
play
on
the
playground
outdoors.
When
I
explained
that
to
the
manager,
she
commented
sarcastically,
"You
don't
want
to
go
outside
anyway."
We
ended
up
skipping
part
of
the
happening
due
to
the
disorganization
and
in
order
to
not
miss
out
on
the
tour
we
had
paid
for
as
part
of
the
package.
Gal,
our
tour
guide,
was
lovely.
However,
she
couldn't
show
us
some
of
the
most
interesting
exhibits
since
the
computers
were
down.
For
100
NIS/
person,
it
was
a
total
rip
off.
I
imagine
the
donors
who
funded
the
museum
would
be
appalled
to
see
how
the
place
is
run.
