This building is far from new , but regardless it contains more the a few nice business such as - 1)Jewellery Store 2)Medical Center 3)Beauty Care Center 4)Dentist Office 5)Cellular accessories shop 6)Bakery 7)Supermarket Hairdresser,spice shop,shoe store and much more .

Owned by a friend in Holon, Israel. Nice bar with assorted drinks and snacks with dried meat .

It has all what a neighborhood needs. Bartov beer pub, super market, spice shop, good underground parking, couple of eateries, hair dressers etc.

From grocery to toy shop, print shop, dentist a great beer bar. For a neighbourhood, the place serves most of the needs. Easily accessible and specially able friendly place.

Random and incomprehensible collection of stores and fast food joints, that don’t really cover all the needs of even a small neighborhood. Parking can be crowded and impossible to enter/exit without argument.

Parking problematic. Only one supermarket with excessive pricing. Small shops and kiosks around with poor choices of items and or food . Empty deserted hall inside . Gloomy as a mall. Needs much development. Used only by residential neighborhood people in urgent provisional needs.

Pretty dead place many basic stores like pharmacy, bank are missing from local business center.
