The location is superb but unfortunately those 4 stars representing the status of the hotel does not represent the reality. The rooms are below average and the cleanliness was poor as well. The shower cabin is filthy and the room seems to not have left last decade. The curtains are ripped and the walls are stained with blood from the previous guests that probably had to get rid of the mosquitos. Lastly, the pool could be beautiful as well but the fact that the water isn't changed on a regular basis, kind of puts you off. You could literally sprain your ankle by stepping on those chlorine bricks inside the pool and could float into abyss by the amount of salt added to the water. Moving forward, the staff was ok, especially the guys at the pool. They accommodated us even late at night and were really thoughtful. THE FOOD The food was the worst part. It was so bad that I ended up with food poisoning for days, along with my colleagues as we were there for a team building event. Overall, the location as mentioned before, is stunning with amazing views but business wise there is a lot of improvement needed. Do I recommend it? Maybe, just for a quick BOTTLED BEVERAGE and then get out of there before you end in the hospital.

The reality does not reflect the pictures. Not very clean overall. The food is average and I received food poisoning after 2 nights spent here. We were a larger group on a team-building trip and more than 50% received food poisoning. The view is great indeed, but everything from staff friendliness, cleanness, outdated facilities ruined our experience!!!

Despite of the review we would give a chance but no one there to discuss about the reservation. No one is responding at the phone, we can't make on booking the reservation, this is Romania guys, wonderful places but to bad it is inhabited. The only thing that is good are the views on the pictures. don't go there anymore, I don't now why people are doing the same thing over and over again like us :)

The worst service ever. We waited 2 hours for the food and it came undercooked and tasteless. The whole order was not served at once. The chicken had a lot of blood in it.

Very beautiful location, the hotel rooms with a view to the lake had no working air conditioner...before checking in you better check if everything is ok in the room. Food is great. I recommend this location for a relaxing vacation.

Cleanliness was a general issue, both in the rooms and in the lounge area. Service at the restaurant was quite slow, but what is worse we got a severe food poisoning to make sure the 3 days stay is prolonged with another 3 days of sick leave. Great if you try to loose weight fast.

Got food poisoning on the third day of staying in the hotel. It overshadowed all the beautiful moments we had at the pool parties, and worsened all the inconveniences - delayed check-in, slow serving at the restaurant, dirty sunbeds etc... The place has good views and potential, but has to improve the quality of service.

Very bad experience. The stuff is not friendly and the place is not clean at all. At the restaurant they brought us plates that they didnt wash before. Moreover, when we called to book one triple room and one double room they said it's fine. I called for the second time just to make sure and they assured me that the booking is for one triple room and one double room. When we arrived, they said that they do not have triple rooms. They did not even apologize for the mistake. More than this, they said that the rooms will be available at 2 p.m. However, at the arrival, we had to wait for one more hour to be able to get in the rooms. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The restaurant is a mess.We waited for over 2 hours to get simple food as grilled chicken with wedges just because "one of us ordered grilled fish" The food was above average price for awful quality, the snitzel was almost close to being raw on the inside(with some parts still having blood in them) Im afraid of food poisoning. They brought the food and waited 20 minutes to tell me they dont have garlic sauce,but gave me a doubled gorgonzola sauce wich i think was fine All the food that was brought was late,uncooked,bland or awfull

Can't lie about short stuff , managing issues , lack of interest in giving the best for their costumers. I truly do not recommend going there with kids , we shortened our stay with 2 days as they didn't clean our room , long waiting for food , missing food on menu ... Bathroom leaking, verry slippery floor , tv not working ... had to clean room myself , same towels for 4 days .... THIS AIN'T 4 STARS HOTEL . considering the view I hope they get back on track and look after their costumers .

K, so, we saw the beautiful lake, and we wanted to eat something, and hotel diamond was the target for us. The food was really good, we really liked it. My mom's food didn't arrived, and when the waiter was coming to us, he asked "But you don't want to eat something? " and my mom says that she wants, and he probably forgot. He apologized to us, of course. So if the employees will read this review, it is no problem for the food, it happens to us too many times 😂👍🏻
