I've been eating at black burger for many years, but lately everytime someone orders well done they bring you a burger red inside and its not a one or twice happened, that we get fully red meat inside, and the service always takes too much time, even like today they had barely few tables to serve and it took them 20 minutes to take our order, and then bring it uncooked and then taking it again to recook it, then until they got us the check it was 15 min+, less recommend to eat there its not as good as it used to be few years ago

A very good place. the burgers are amazing my friends and i we eat here all the time and the service or the food never disappointed us. the prices are a bit high but its a worthy.

The restaurant is great, very cool vibe, nice waiters and great atmosphere. Loved it there The food was great, the menu has vegan options, and many other options for meat lovers! You can add cheese to the burger, which is a big plus here, (most restaurants are kosher, and don't let you do that) The place has it's own bathrooms. The price is okay.

Not the first time visit but this time a bit disappointment. The food wasn't served as asked, like meet in medium cook instead of well done or cabbage salad instead of veggies salad,asked for water that never arrived. The waitresses not enough attention for calls. Because of all those mistakes that they tried to "repair" all the 5 of us didn't eat together. After complaining, we recived a compensation of no charge for the well done hamburger. It was very nice of the man in charge but still the "name got spots"..... Now, the good points: disabled and children welcome,clean,open saturdays midday,free parking in the mall,in and out seats with privacy, plenty of choices in menu, not for a budget-if short in cash, drink water.

I ordered chicken wings (house sauce), the sauce felt industrial no doubt, i.e. fried wings with industrial sauce and not as claimed on the menu. The turkey shawarma is delicious, although I would prefer it if they served me with pita. The same thing Burger claimed may be special and unfortunately not noticeable at all. As well as ordering a three-piece mix burger and unfortunately not noticeable at all. The garlic confetti was not confit, not well made was crispy meaning edible.

Burgers are really mediocre. Mushroom patty is tasteless. Onions are with peels. Edamame - uncooked. Not recommended.
