Absolutely most comfortable, easy and enjoyable hotel experience in Israel. This is a diamond in the rough. If there's availability book it. Breakfast is fantastic, beds are comfortable, check-in is a breeze, and the staff really work to make the guest's stay easy.

Clean, delicious breakfast, right near the port with a 20 minute walk to the beach. McDonalds nearby for icecream

Small room, window was behind bed, not accessible to view from. No desk to work. No hanger for towlels, except 2 inside the shower, behind the shower door... doesn't work!

The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are very very small. No view. Bathroom was not that clean and mold at the bottom of the shower. I recommend the hotel if you are taking a cruise since it’s close walk to the pier.

I came early and wanted to store my luggage there. They even enabled that I could check in earlier. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great, the rooms are really nice. Great Hotel, definitely recommended!

Fuss free, swank accommodation, situated within walking distance from the Baha’i gardens. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

As part of a tour, Golden Crown Haifa was one of the hotels that we stayed at. To conserve energy, the hallways remain on the dark side. We had to go downstairs again to find out how to turn the lights on in the room The card key activates the lights in the room so you need to have it in the slot to have lights on within the hotel room. We had twin beds that were not put close together. There was a smell to the water coming out of the sink. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Good value for money. Pictures do not lie, very clean, especially for Israel, excellent place. Nice and tasty breakfast. True 4* hotel where I will stay again.

The room has a tiny window which had a curtain over that you couldnt move so there's not much sunlight coming into the room. If you shower while other guests are, you'll get cold water most of the time. The walls are thin and you can hear the other guests. The AC didn't work and the window was too small to let any cold wind inside (one of the guests got a ventilator to solve the issue). Not recommended.

I stayed for two nights; good hotel, clean, good breakfast; they have parking and once you know it is easy to get….but without, you have to call. Position is good; very well also for runners to reach the seaside in a couple of Km

It's a good hotel, clean and kept. Prices were fine, breakfast was good. I would stay again without thinking about it. It's not a 5 star hotel so don't expect that, but fine for a night or 3

Pros: - great location - generous and delicious breakfast - friendly staff - proximity to all sorts for touristic areas - train station 10 mins away (with direct trains to Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport) Cons (as per European standards for similar hotels): - dark room with half a window (the curtains were there to mimic a window, but were just covering the wall) - cleanliness could be improved (in the shower, dusting, fixing the stains on the ceiling, towels that don't smell like a warehouse) - no hair dryer (had to ask for it at the reception) - AC didn't seem to work (maybe it's deactivated in December?) - door to the room felt shabby and the hallway noise was loud Overall the cons can be corrected with a little bit of effort and if you spend most of your time out it’s not hard to overlook.

The room was a bit small and the window was smaller but the cleanliness and facilities made up for it. Breakfast was generous and service was excellent. The price befits the product. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, we actually got an extra table added in breakfast without asking! Comfortable rooms. Great location.

One receptionist was very kind. We asked the hotel for a taxi to the airport and agreed for a price in advance. The taxi driver then asked for a much higher price. He eventually agreed for the initial price (also after calling the hotel) but only without a receipt. We ended up paying 50 nis extra in order to get the receipt. In short, try to call a taxi on your own, or look for the shared ones. The breakfast was good, but not all of the food was very fresh. One in particular had mold on it.

Parking is a block away, outdoors, unpaved and crowded. No kosher restaurants nearby. Water for tub was rusty red.

Room was basic and very small, but this is the luck of the draw. Lovely staff and great location in the German Colony.

Nice and quiet hotel, very clean and looks quite new. Breakfast was versatile and fresh, with vegan options as well.

I have seen a huge cockroach running under the food buffet in the breakfast area. I was not expecting it because the hotel looks OK, even though some clear signs of lack of maintenance exist.

The negatives: AC didn't work for over an hour on four or the five hotel floors, front desk wasn't forthcoming about the problem with the AC and had very poor communication skills related to the problem, WiFi worked intermittently, no hair dryers in the room, furniture is "Ikea"/cheap quality, walls are nicked, water pressure is poor and hallway lightening is very dim. The positives: clean, comfortable bed and quiet but, in fairness, I would expect this from any hotel. Great location

This hotel does not care about the problems their guests confront. I am a guest here as I write this review. The tv in my room keeps going on and off. I reported it to the front desk yesterday morning about 6:30 am and nothing was done I went back to the front desk this morning and reported it again. When I arrived back to my room this afternoon I had been told that it was fixed when in fact it was not. They sent someone up to my room and basically told me it was fixed. It continues to happen as I am writing this review. Stay away from this hotel.I am sure you can find something nicer.

Great location walking distance from main strip near many restaurants and view of the Baha’i temple. They have a small unpaved parking lot across the street from the hotel. The regular rooms are small and a bit cramped, barely have a window. But the larger rooms were comfortable. The decor was a bit tired. Not so clean. The included breakfast was good. The service was good. No pool. No on-site restaurant, no room service. There is a shared ironing board on the 3rd floor. There is a cozy lounge on the 2nd floor, a great place for the family to all meet before heading out. Not the most luxurious hotel, but comfortable, and great location.

Stay away. Try to find other hotels if you can. No lobby or spa. Broken elevator. Parking not available although they said they have. Bad service. Just stay away!

It’s not a real hotel, more like dorms. Cleaning and customer care is good. The breakfast fast not fresh at all, no swimming pool or any other base facilities.

Me and my colleague booked two rooms and we got the first and last room in the 4th floor. One of the room was smaller and less spacious compared the other room. The room I stayed was bigger and the bathrooms were having the bath tubs and spacious. We work for Crane systems and when I saw a Crane from my hotel I was feeling good. One problem with the bathrooms is if you are taller about 6feet then the showers at lower height and might be difficult to take bath. Due to Covid they delivered the break fast packed. The people in the pantry and reception were helpful. We were Vegetation and from India and when we asked for change of food item with spicy, they were able add some spicy food items to the food and deliver to us for breakfast. First day when were there they helped us to get food ordered in a Restaurant next as most of the Restaurants were closed due to Covid.

Good staff and clean rooms. Lacking 5th star due to it being warm in the room without AC due to policy.
