Very very poor room service and very arrogant front office staff. It doesn't. Look like it's a property of four seasons as when I asked lady at front office to send some help for my luggage as I was having 2+2 bags she told there is no one available. You can see they have person available those are always busy in talking and when it comes to work they don't want. I want to ask four season if you don't have person available for luggage then why this hotel is been rated to 4 star. Similarly food has only few options and very short quantity. In both ways I would not recommend any one to stay here. If you can spend that much money better to stay in some good hotels .WORST EXPERIENCE

This property was clean , quiet and eco friendly, The near access to the swimming pool was added convenience and something to enjoy. The quick response of the customer service manager was something to be noted.

Service was poor. Dirty wine glass was on the table and when the waiter was asked to change it he took forever and returned with the mark/stained gone but still smelling of alchoal.

My fiance and I stayed at Four Seasons for about 8 days. We went there for a wedding. We arrived very early in the morning (around 4 am) and was told that it is not policy to check in guests at that time. After a few minutes of conversation and showing some other proof that we did make note of the time we would be arriving, Gregory checked us in and gave us a beautiful poolside room. Everyday, while staying there, we were greeted with smiles and good gestures. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was better than most of the restaurants we visited, so we did not feel as if we were missing out in that regard. The service overall is excellent and nothing said can describe how much we appreciated the way we were treated and tended to. The location is awesome because we were able to get unto the main roads within a few minutes and getting back to the hotel felt safe. The surroundings are also a beautiful sight, so a little walking around would be ideal. Many of the members of staff would be indelible in our memories. Janet, one of the restaurant staff, was extremely helpful and friendly; she made us feel as if we were staying at our family's home. Gregory remained professional and courteous during every encounter. The management team is obviously incredibly organized and its vision is clear. One can feel the purpose of management and staff through the service, ambiance, and their response time to everything. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Love, Love, Love... Thank you all for a great time and we would definitely be returning soon. ❤️❤️💕😊😊 XOXO to everyone at Four Seasons.

In October, mental health week is celebrated from the 10th... So after the activities and hard work, we were treated to a luncheon at the four seasons hotel, staff was courteous and pleasant, the dining room given to us was spacious and relaxing, the lunch consisted of Chinese roast chicken, escovitch fish fillet, rice and peas, steam vegetables, fruit punch to drink.. Most persons found the chicken rather salt.. The dessert was lemon cheese cake which would have tasted much better if the salt and sugar weren't in competition.. 😏 😂.. I need to try the restaurant another time to see if this was just a bad day for the chef... We all have those off days... So another mental health week 2023, has passed and we are back at four seasons.. Food was much better than last year.. Not as much salt.. We had the same menu as last year.. Great improvement

SCHNITZEL is (sometimes) available here at the restaurant here. Maybe more than one kind if you're very lucky . Food is decent: Outside seating area including a "beer garden" -(the hotel has some German link in it's history) is pleasant. Menu prices are OK

I'm a nature head so the 1st thing that grabbed my attention was the pristine landscaping, esp around the jacuzzi and pool areas. Very scenic. Check-in is easy and there is ample parking. It was all good vibes with the staff as well. The hotel is very central with shopping malls, parks, restaurants etc in close proximity so don't stay cooped up in your room. The room was nice and well kept but there was no microwave. There was also no bottle opener. Wifi and cable TV were fully functional. There was some ash on the balcony from a delinquent guest occupying the room above. They threw cigarette butts and the box into the plants that grow against the rooms. Despite that little episode I would still recommend this hotel.

So this my review. I am currently staying at the four seasons. It is close proximity to New Kingston. This place is only good for short trips or business like trips. In your package they tell you that you are entitled to a continental breakfast however, what comes in it is tea/coffee/juice you can’t have all also it includes toast and 1 pastry donuts, croissant etc, if you upgrade to have Jamaican breakfast you are no longer entitle to a drink of any sort you will now have to pay. Which is ridiculous, if you’re fine with just toast then you will like it. The rooms are ancient and not upgraded. All in all with hidden fees it’s better to stay at one of the newer hotels in the area because you will end up paying the same price. The service was great, room was cleaned. Would I stay here again only if it was the only place available. Now that I know I will just eat outside since it’s cheaper

Breakfast is outta hand and Ludacris. $18 for regular breakfast when you can walk 4 minutes away to Tastee and get a larger breakfast for like $800 Jmd ($7 Usd) for ackee or liver. When you upgrade the continental breakfast, it's $12.60 Usd.....and the Portions are for Birds 🐦....not humans. Asked for Pancake with the continental breakfast was $6 Usd upgrade. Prices are getting very ridiculous, and we've stayed there many times. It's the convenience you're paying for. 1 of the servers has a lot of attitude I killed 9 mosquitoes on the first night...smh after arriving around 9 pm that Thursday night... and on Friday more and Saturday more.....i really don't know where they came from even when i locked the bathroom door when we left. There's nothing to rave about... just a place to lay your head other than sleeping at a bus stop. I guess you pay for what you get... But not the breakfast tiny portions 😡😠🤬.

Unfortunately this hotel not ready to open under the current climate of Covid19 and the pandemic. First room offered poor not made up to receive, my wife and I offered new room that was okay Bar , shut restaurant shut every thing delivered to your room a call at 7am in the morning to ask what you want for breakfast when this could be sorted the evening before Yes, we was offered a free dinner for 2 but took ages to arrive This hotel in our opinion rates as zero and we would not visit again recommend to others Lots of maintenance being under taken, we did take pictures of our stay and as the saying goes a picture paints thousand words

One of the best spot to host conference events. The staff is courteous and friendly and well as the prices are Good. The meals prepared at this hotel is top tier. When I say amazing, I mean amazing. Never been disappointed with the meals at this spot. The lunch hour specials are a must try for anyone looking for scrumptious meals to satisfy their appetite.

Let me tell you something that travel agents don't want you to know. When booking stays use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on hotels! So much better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, hotwire. No doubt about that!!! Very kind people enjoyed my stay, wasn't happy that the Air conditioning didn't work to well, other than that I enjoyed my stay.

After a horrible night of landing in kingston with no accommodations I called the four seasons and Janet Earl answered and took care of my friends and family (group of 10) even past her shift. We appreciate her and the four seasons hotel team so much for taking care of us. Definitely recommended.

The Rooms are nice and clean. The place is safe and secure. However, they fail on customers service. Their dining room is closed so meals have to be ordered and delivered to your room. The meals take on average of 3½ hours after its ordered to be delivered. In a few cases the meals never got to my room. The telephone system does no work properly so sometimes you have to walk to the lobby to place your order or to check on the order you placed 3 hours ago. The reason I gave 3 stars is the rooms are clean and the compound is secure.

Dinner at 8pm or 9pm. Breakfast 10 am, Lunch 3 pm. Need to wait for a food request all day. If you come here be ready to be in standby 24/7 near your telephone. You must fight for a room service food.. Waste... Roof leaking. , Bathroom has problem with the hot water. No any adaptor for european plug in reception.

Attended a function at this hotel and noticed several issues. The hotel with change of management seems to be struggling with communication.. arrived for a meeting and was not directed by security to the meeting room. The food portions for lunch break were small - had to ask for extras!

Great service, great breakfast, comfortable room. The property needs some maintenance but that’s a part of its charm. The pool looked great and is well maintained. Having a gym onsite is always good. We checked in late at night and it was quick and simple. A special thanks to Miss Earl and our sever, Joy who were both friendly and amazing. Thank you ladies!

Cozy place in Kingston... Nice get-away. Had my parents-in-law 60th Wedding Anniversary here and we all spent the night ... comfy room at a great price. Contemplating having a 2 day retreat to reset... its that kinda place.

I had fond memories of this place. Spent my honeymoon 20 years ago and attended many a corporate functions. Sadly the drop in standard is noticeable. With the exception of the housekeeping staff who were friendly and informative and really willing to help there really isn't anything to recommend the place. I love Jamaica and all things Jamaican so I'm not going to bash this place but I would recommend trying elsewhere if you need a place to stay in Kingston. Hopefully Negril will help rescue the rest of my holiday.

This is a 4 star hotel. I stayed here on 5/17/23. I was very happy with my stay. I was having issues with my US issued credit card working in Jamaica after checking in at 2am. The manager who checked me in was VERY patient and understanding of my issues. Thank you! Eventually I got to my room and I was pleased with it. The room was very clean and had the usual amenities. I had a nice out door balcony overlooking the grounds. In the morning I had a complimentary breakfast which the staff prepared for me to go. The fresh fruits included in my breakfast were absolutely refreshing and a welcome change. It took me right back to my childhood days in Jamaica. Staff was very accommodating to my needs. Everyone was friendly. It’s been YEARS since I last stayed here but I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Jamaica and need a hotel room.

🫤 There is no kitchenette as advertised, when I queried, it is not available in any of the rooms in property, a fridge is available upon request at an extra fee. Didn't see housekeeping the whole time, even they said they knocked, but I didn't hear anything at all, and the whole time my room was dusty...
