Waited 25 mins for 1 drink. 3 people in front of me, one person left without their items due to wait times

This location is a joke- ordered two beverages and they only made one. They said they didn't carry earl grey when I could see it on their tea display and ask me to substitute it, took almost 25 minutes to get the second one. Skip this location and go anywhere else

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks… 20 minutes to get a flat white, with only 2 people ahead of me in line.

Clueless employees don't know their own products, you have to explain Starbucks products to them

We walked half a mile to get to this Starbucks only to be told that they don’t have any ice and we walked past two really good coffee shops to get here Won’t make that mistake again Starbucks. Keep in mind. This is inside a major grocery store. You would think they would sell bagged ice here and they would be resourceful enough to go and buy a bag of ice from the grocery store in an effort to make their customers happy. Simple orders are consistently wrong. If you ask for a large you might get a medium or vice versa. Dairy choice is often incorrect. It's fine because for me it's just preference, but if it were for an allergy I would have been to the hospital by now. Just be careful when you order.

Worst expresso ever...taste like old coffee with 3/4 water and whatever else they put in it and it was not hot..overpriced water I would call it!

Another review said it all, they just don't know how to make coffee there. Narrow Espresso on Queen & Fenwick is sooooooo good I don't miss Starbucks at all. And they're a small local business with a great team.

Every morning there is one person working til 9am first of all how is this even legal for safety reasons and at 15$ a pop you can afford two workers!!!!
