I Went in to have a ring shank fixed up. Brought my own gold, like I did at the three other places I went. Trinity charged me literally 1000$ LESS than peoples, charms or the other local jeweller I went to quoted me. Also the work came out perfect, I love the results. The staff were really nice the whole time and the jeweller is a great guy. I would highly recommend Trinity to anyone who is looking to get repairs done, definitely go here before getting ripped off somewhere else.

I have loved trinity for a long time for many reasons but customer service being among the top. They also make and sell beautiful things. They have fixed many of my pieces of jewelry (probably more than I care to admit) but have also made some unique pieces for me by re-purposing some of my old jewelry. Finding someone you can trust with your valuables is hard so glad I found them. Lan and Thien get all my referrals and all my fixes. ;). My fiancé and I brought my engagement ring, which was my passed down in my family, to Trinity to get restored. Lan was incredible and managed my appointments so easily in the middle of the lockdown. It took not even two weeks and it's like they brought life back to the ring! Completely polished, claws redone, sapphire replaced. PLUS opal is so delicate and it not shines brighter than ever. Great locally owned independent jewellry store with a jeweller on site. I bring all my repairs here and had some custom work done as well. All turned out great. They carry unique fashion jewellery, handmade pieces and gemstone jewellery besides the large selection of wedding bands and diamond jewellery.

Trinity is amazing! I brought my engagement ring to be sized on a Tuesday midday and it needed to go from an 8 to a 5.. so major work. Lan was honest about the large amount of work required and gave me a good understanding of all scenarios. I had asked if it could be done for Friday as we have plans where the ring is the VIP and she said she would do her best. Well, at 11am the NEXT DAY, Lan called me and said me ring was already done! :) super speedy and kind service - Definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff. I had a ring resized that was designed with a lot of character in the surface so it would not be a simple activity of stretching it. 48 hours later it is on my hand and looking like new. Great workmanship.

Honest, knowledgeable and very nice individuals! Great price to restore my wife's engagement ring. Looks better than when I purchased it new at Birks in 1986! Wow! I can't say enough about Trinity Jewellers work! I brought in a jewelry piece to be repaired and the work was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced. It came back to be fixed, cleaned and polished, and looking brand new! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Wow. Trinity Jewellers are amazing. We brought an heirloom ring in that was found in the rubble of our home after the recent NS wildfires. They were able to restore it completely, better than new. Thank you ❤️

Have had several repairs done here and have always been very happy with the quality and the quick service. Staff are very friendly as well. This isn’t close to where I live but it’s worth it for the quality of the repairs and service.
