    HUGE sign saying "Breakfast Served All Day". I learned NOT true. Running errands and walked in to order quick food around 3:00 pm. Was told kitchen was closed. So I walked next store and bought a delicious sandwich and drink at Starbucks next store. Great service there and their kitchen was open. Then walked back and enjoyed my meal at Dunkin's s outside tables. Please remove sign if not serve food all day.

    Coffee is just not consistent. I always give the benefit of the doubt but my coffee is always made bad it's like they just don't pay attention to what you order sometimes. VERY HIT OR MISS. If you are ordering from here go in person and be specific. You can take this picture for example with literally no milk in the coffee. UPDATE: 3/25 Still not happy with what I received. I ordered a Cold Brew with sugar and Irish Cream. There's literally a pile of GREEN sugar at the bottom of my coffee. St Patty's Day was 9 days ago. I get that you have extra green stuff but I don't want to be drinking a Brown/Green drink on a random Friday. I had to basically get another cup and poor this coffee into it, leaving the sugar behind, to avoid having a sugar rush for the next 3 days.

    Never really had issues with this location till today.. I ordered a bagel and a matcha latte. I kid you not my bagel was not prepared properly and was still raw. The matcha latte was majority milk rather matcha. Didn’t realize how awful the reviews were at this location.

    Horrible customer service I have witnessed, in every business aspect addressing customers concerns and issues are top priority. Even in the company I work for (healthcare). However, not for this location. I ordered for two Mocha swirl iced coffees and was handed two regular iced coffees. I kindly handled it back to the Dunkin’ associate and informed her that the order was wrong not for one but for both drinks. The window associate looked confused and escalated the issue to the barista. The gentleman approached the window and firmly stated “I work here, I know the recipe, this is how we make it” I didn’t question his work ethic or experience. But kindly said I understand sir but my GF and I come here on a regular basis (AM time) and know how the order is properly made. He didn’t address our concern but aggressive said this how we make the coffees here. Even on the coffee sticker shows MD ICE ORIG COF, not Mocha Swirl ICE COF. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks Dunkin’!

    rainy day didn't stop the happy staff on Veteran's Day. the drive thru was busy so I went inside and greeted by three associates right away. One associate was with a customer who I'd say was as happy as rhe pouring rain. Anyway, service was quick and friendly - donuts were fresh and affordable, restaurant was clean.

    The customer service is hit or miss. I make it a point to be kind and polite, but rarely do I get the same in return. They’re short with you and sometimes don’t even say hi or thank you. They’re obviously understaffed, which might explain their lackluster enthusiasm, but I sure would appreciate some positive interaction, especially first thing in the morning. We are all dealing with current events and struggles.

    went there at 5pm to purchase 3 dz. assortment of donuts. they were hesitant to sell them to me. I had to point out to them that there were more than enough donuts to make my order. I asked them if I was wiping them out, and their response was, "we are going to throw them in the trash anyway." There is too much competition out there for dunkin donuts not to focus on customer satisfaction. I get it why no one goes there anymore.

    I ordered the ten munchkins not got 7 nd got about half of the drink I ordered and after the foam settled and it wasn’t even the drink I ordered. (I orders a Carmel Frappuccino not a cappuccino and she even repeated it back to me smh. I tried to tell them but just got ignored I’m guessing it’s be because ur employees were to busy arguing, but over all this is so disappointing and I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

    At checkout there is zero interaction, i get a total and just starts handing coffee with no words, i say “thank you” and she just keeps handing a drink and doesn’t say a single word other than taking an order and giving a total, Tanya, you probably need another job . Another reason people go to Starbucks, great customer service

    By far the worst location. I waited at the drive through for about 7 mins with no one in front of me, just me waiting at the speaker. That wasn’t the problem, it’s the fact I asked for a vanilla chai latte, they forgot the vanilla even though she confirmed it on the speaker. So much ice in it & its so watery. My pumpkin donut was also crunchy at the bottom and the hot chocolate for my son also tastes like water. This is not an over exaggerated post & I am not a picky person it is just mind blowing that not one thing came out correctly. I will not be returning to this location, the Starbucks right across the way will get my money

    I ordered 2 donuts, a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was not in the bag and was over 35% of my meal cost. The phone number listed online does not work, so I decided to leave my feedback here. I will not be coming back and don't recommend you drive to this location.

    My wife and sister-in-law went and got drinks yesterday December 4 2023. My wife is pregnant and just wanted a decaf Carmel frozen drink with whipped cream. The whipped cream was rancid and rotten! SHE IS PREGNANT! I tried calling the number on the WWW and wouldn’t you know, they aren’t accepting calls to that number! What kind of business are you trying to run over there? I’m gonna need a manager to reach out and rectify the situation ASAP, do they not do FoodSafety, FIFO. I ran a PizzaHut as a GM for years, and never had an issue like this. I do not recommend this location. Go else where, for your own safety!

    This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered two bagels with cream cheese. When I got home, I opened the bagels to see there was barely any cream cheese on one side and none on the other. This was the same for the second bagel as well. This is not typical for this location as I’ve had these bagels multiple times. I tried calling them with the number listed on Google and it’s a recorded message with no option to leave a voicemail. There is no number listed on the receipt. So I drove back up there. The lady who appears to be in a lead position, looked at the picture I took and immediately offered to replace both bagels. She prepared them as they are usually prepared except they weren’t toasted (or lightly toasted as I ordered it) so the bagels were tough to chew. But other than that, I appreciated the quick resolution she provided and she was very nice and helpful. They are getting 2-stars because there was no way for me to call them since they intentionally block incoming calls and leave off a contact number on the receipt.

    The coffee is never made right. Some days you’ll have great coffee, some days it’s just plain awful like today. I spent $15 on coffee that wasn’t even worth it. Very upsetting I hope this location closes

    I came in and was greeted with a warm smile, and she waited very patiently for me to figure out what I wanted and was so sweet. I will definitely come here again. The donuts were very yummy. I enjoyed the donuts with my siblings.

    I stop here almost every morning for coffee and a breakfast item. I have always had amazing service. The girl at the window was as sweet as she could be. I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte without the whipped cream. She brought it to the window with whipped cream and I told her I wanted it without whipped cream. She told a girl fixing coffee that it was not supposed to have the whipped cream. The girl rolled her eyes took the coffee, scraped the whipped cream off put a lid on it and shook it up. To me that’s like taking a sandwich and scraping off a condiment. Wasn’t happy but figured maybe she’s having a bad morning. Then I got to work and took a drink of my coffee that is absolutely NOT pumpkin spice. This really disappoints me because I love Dunkin.

    I normally don't but I hope they can not blast the music like it's a bar or club,I couldn't even hear the lady at the registrar. Normally it's the best dunkin around I drive a extra 20 minutes to go to that one cause it's always great food and service. But not dure what happened today. Maybe they were not done with the weekend yet .

    Went here for breakfast today, I understand that you can be short staffed and stressed. But these girls were just flat out rude as hell. A guy came in for a mobile order and politely told a girl behind the counter, she snapped at him and told him he needed to calm down. So he said never mind I don’t want my stuff and left. How rude?! Then I hear her on the headset, take a drive thru order and tell the other coworker “I don’t need them to announce they are here! I’m busy and I’ll greet you when I’m ready.” That’s just extremely unprofessional. All you have to do is make coffee and sandwiches. No need to be so rude. She obviously needs a new job. I will not be ever coming back to this location.

    I normally don't go to Dunkin' but I had a few gift cards and ordered for my family... very disappointing. Staff acted as if it were a burden to take my order, and I had to repeat myself several times because the cashier couldn't hear. My refresher was watered down and undrinkable, and all donuts I ordered tasted as if they sat out for a day or two. Not ordering again!

    The coffee can be good sometimes, but the best recommendation is to get the coffee cake… the coffee cake makes me feel like I wanna levitate. It is good not too sweet, but not too strong. And the donuts the donuts are so good. If I ever pass this place, I debate on whether or not I wanna go in. 4/5 for me *just because it isn’t the best inside*

    I drove up to the window. Took a bit for someone to come take my order. Employee seemed a bit preoccupied. Donuts were just ok for what I paid. Probably won't be back.

    Stephen is a very helpful manager and I can tell he and his staff are well trained to make sure customers leave happy and want to come back again! I didn’t catch their names but a girl with ginger or brown hair wearing a green hoodie? Excellent customer service. Very sweet. The curly headed girl there was also very kind. Will be coming again

    I just want to start off by saying that I recently moved and the dunkin donuts by me can't make Iced Carmel Machiatto right for nothing. Always have to have them remake it and it still tastes bad. Well I was passing through tgis town on my way back home from a baby shower and the lady who made my drink made it PERFECT. Was starting to forget what it's suppose to taste like. Kudos to the morning staff today. Thank you! Also everyone was very nice and cheerful. 😊😊😊😊

😠 So I got tacos and quesadillas. No flavor to the meat. They only had flour tortillas and the sauce was literally watered down. Looked and taste like they put water in the sauces to spread it out. They also tried to add extra stuff to my order until I read my receipt and the guy gave me a refund
