Sitting in the drive through now. The lady taking our order was very rude. If you don’t like your job then go elsewhere. It’s because of the customers that you have a job.. I recommend going elsewhere

It's braums! Lactose intolerance can't stop me from a good time! This franchise is extremely overlooked and the service here is always so quick that it makes it too sauce to not go. Love this place. I'll die for it. Maybe even kill...my hunger!

I've noticed a good number of the recent reviews for the 377 Braum's location have been poor and sadly I don't have much better to say. It looks bad when the ice cream counter is a mess, especially when this particular part of your store is open to customers. The young man who took my order did not say a word to me nor did he smile to greet me. I would consider these basic customer service behaviors as I worked in a restaurant for almost 5 years as a waiter. The young man's redeeming quality was the accuracy of my order. However, the rest of the staff did not help contribute to the experience in a positive way. I noticed the lady in front of me waited nearly 10 minutes simply to pay for her order. I also overheard other families talking about their poor experiences with this location and other Braum's locations in the area.

The guy at the window was informed by an insanely rude lady behind him the thos was the cup we had to use to drive back. I have never had this issue and the lady behind the gentleman was extremely rude. All we wanted was the foam cup so it would not melt and get everwhere

The ice cream is always delicious. The store seemed desperate for help like most places these days. It was clear who the go getters were as they jumped in to move the line as quickly as possible. Great effort to help your customers!!

Great prices, quick drive through, helpful employees. ... update 9/26/23... icecream on sale... 2 for $7. Large selection of no sugar added!!!

Definitely my new burger place! Hardy juicy for a good price. I have not been disappointed yet and I am thinking I won't. Thanks braums for quality food consistently at a very fair price!

I had to alter my review from 5 stars. I don’t know what's going on with the summer crew, but it was absolutely dirty there with tons of gnats and flies. Every table was dirty, and the round booth in the back has a water leak with a huge pool of water on the ground... with dead bugs in the water. The area where the straws and utensils are housed was really bad because the drink machine next to it had gnats coming out of the bottom. The staff was nice.

Always went here with my dad and we sat in the corner of the room and just talked. It was very fun and memorable for sure. It definitely put you into your mood and it’s a very good place to hang out with friends or to go on a date , other than hanging out with my dad the food is decent and the ice cream is super good 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We were there last week and bought 2 double dip cones. We got scoops the size of golf balls. We called and spoke to a manager, and she apologized and said she would replace the ice cream cones. We went by today, same thing, very small scoops, just a bit bigger than golf balls.

Always busy, but served quickly with a smile! Stop in to see Janice and Michelle. They are stellar under pressure!

Love the options for ice cream. The food options aren't bad either. The wait time is normal for the number of people there. Only thing is that I wish as busy as they are, they would have someone wipe down the tables more frequently.

Supper bad customer service I went and bought some ice cream and the girl who was doing drive thru at 5:13 on 5/27/2023 gave me my bag with half my order missing I said Thankyou before driving off and she didn’t say not one word to me had me go back thru the drive thru and laughed when I told her half my order was missing . Ontop of that all my ice cream was melted

There was no soap women's restroom. So that makes me think the employees aren't washing their hands. Gross! And please use a paper on the tray when you put the food on it. I'm sure that these trays are not wiped down as there is some nasty leftover ketchup funk on the tray. I'd rather my food not touch that. Brahms is always good food. But this location feels a little dirty. The bathrooms were nasty.

Guy behind the speaker messing with us cause they thought it was funny to make us repeat our order 5 times. The lines long dude. I could hear laughing. I was not amused. Got to the window they hand us a sticky mess of a milkshake. Got everywhere had to come home and rinse it all off. Got a sundae that looked like it was made for a child by a child. Half the size its supposed to be. Come on guys do better.

I love the fact I can get ice cream all year round and pick up some milk if needed

It was okay, everyone was nice. Although our banana split was forgotten about. Still it was very tasty. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. Fries are good.

What is happening to Braums. Be careful when ordering more than 1 or 2 items. I ordered a number one with no pickles and got a number one dry. I ordered a bag of burgers plain and received a bag of burgers with pickles and ketsup on. Then ordered a banana split with no nuts and received a banana split with nuts and only 1 slice (half) of the banana. What is going on with this? Called and was put on hold indefinitely and hung up. From now on i will check everything i order before leaving the window.

I like me some braums but very dissapointed in the burgers I just brought home. Do better is all I have to say!!

Decent food, decent ice cream, great value per dollar. The kids on the staff are always cheerful and friendly. I'll take them over the "big chains" any day.

Braum's makes the best chocolate malts ever!!! The employees are always super friendly. They also have a little grocery inside so you can purchase milk and all sorts of good food. Don't forget to get a carton of ice cream to take with you I love this ice cream store! Thanks Braum's!!!!!

Last 4 times 8 ask for no cheese, make sure I say it at least 2 times. Still get cheese. One time I asked if I could have a bunless burger, "sorry we don't do that" what... Leave the bun off? Luckily the food is great, don't expect much from the employees.
