Hair in food as soon as I opened my case. They made me talk to the cook and he seemed a little baffled by the hair. I don't go around putting hair in my food. They offered to correct, not refund, but at their time- now or never, they said. I had picked up bc we didn't have time to dine. They're lucky I don't report them for the food and demand a refund.

Salad was horrible. Found a black piece of lettuce that had been there for a very long time. I almost want to say that it was intentional put in there. Look at the picture. Everything looks fresh except my special gift. Won't be going back guarantee.

The food is delicious and we receive a very personalized attention every time we go. We love their salad dressings

This place is a jewel for sure. Kind staff, nice tunes from the piano man, food was good. Even heard some karaoke on the other side of the restaurant. Our server was super duper and great with my toddler.....she gave him cheese upon his sweet little request. Thank you for making him feel super special. He's my little super hero.

So I am usually not fan of Italian food. But this place is really good. I had the lobster ravioli and the sauce was amazing. My one minor issue was the bread. Just could of been served with oil sauce thing. The service was excellent and the place full for a Friday. Clearly, this place has a great following. I will go again. And they can make a nice Old Fashioned! Even with the one ice cube. Well done!.

This was my second time coming to Niki’s and both times have been excellent. Both times I got my meal to go, but from what I could see from the foyer/waiting area it has nice amenities. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and happy to answer questions I had. The first time I visited I ordered the chicken parm sub and requested onions and peppers be added, which they graciously obliged, and this second time I ordered the Stromboli. Both orders were delicious and came in fairly large portions. Plenty of gooey cheese, flavorful meat, and fillings on both items, and the pizza dough casing on the Stromboli was nice and crispy. I will definitely be adding Niki’s to my regular rotation of frequented restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful place for dinner! This was our first stop upon arriving in the Fort Worth area, and we may just need to stop here every time now. Very attentive staff and amazing Italian food in very generous portions. Everything we ordered came quickly and at the right temperature. Will definitely have the baked cheese tortellini again. The chef salad was huge! The garlic knots were perfect.

The moment I walked in I was love with the setting of this restaurant and the vibe! There was live music and the restaurant was set in a very classy way. Husband ordered the Nikki’s fettuccine and I ordered the rigatoni Al vodka which were both top notch 👌 the salad was simple but good. service was great friendly and quick. Definitely will be back to this location.

Wonderfully flavorful Stopped by while looking for a late night dinner with my partner. She ordered the salmon while I got the Chicken Tuscana. Both of our meals were absolutely delicious and finished with nothing left over.

Great food and very nice friendly service. Before we even ordered they brought to the table couple of fresh breads and enjoy warm. I had a canzoni which was good, although it did not seem wood fire cooked. Pasta was also good, fresh, tasty, and not too overcooked. Overall, also quite inexpensive for the quality of food.

We like Nikki’s and it’s our usual Italian place but after tonight, we need to rethink that. I understand new waitstaff is gonna happen but when you have tenured staff teaching the new and NO ONE knows prices then that’s a problem. We asked about trio pasta dish that is NOT on menu, was told it was $21 when actually it’s $23.95. The amount of food doesn’t not warrant the upscale price. Then asked for a little extra red sauce so a small bowl was brought out; come to find out we were charged $3. I didn’t want that much sauce and I feel that if you’re gonna charge for that it should be mentioned to ensure customer wants it. I get small businesses are charging for everything to survive but be honest and upfront with your customers. The shadiness of it all is so frustrating. We may not come back - the price doesn’t match the food quality or quantity. Disappointed tonight.

I have not been back to Niki's in some time. I went ba k today and was very impressed. The food was just as good as I remember it. Today, I had the lasagna, and it was delicious. Will be back again soon.

Poly High School Class of 1971 had their quarterly meeting there. The service was exceptional. We had a room all to ourselves. We were assigned an attendant’s name Jordan. She had over 40 couples to attend to. Everyone ordered from a menu prepared for a group. A choice of 6 to choose from. She was so patient with us. A few classmates came in after everyone had ordered. She didn’t appear to be fazed. She did have some help, but she was our main waitress. Service was exceptional. The foods was served hot, and so were our rolls.

We ate here after church a couple weeks before Christmas with a group of eight. Service was good and the atmosphere was festive. The staff all had Christmas accessories on and there was a Christmas tree in the dining room by the fire - very festive. Wonderful yeasty, buttery rolls come out first when you get seated. I ordered the chicken piccata and loved it. It was full of capers and the sauce was great. We all had a lovely meal. Note there is a 3% service charge if you use a credit card which seems “cheap”. Still I will return because the food and atmosphere was great. Recommended.

We had a ladies White Elephant gift exchange at Niki's and this is the perfect place for good food, great service, and tons of laughs! This place is great for parties or a more romantic dinner for two.

Very nice layout and plenty of beautiful paintings! Quiet during lunchtime so you can enjoy yourself here, food were great recommend getting the pasta 🍝, salad and calzones 😊very friendly staffs, definitely will be back soon

I loved this place!! Since you arrive, everyone takes care of you very well! Excellent atmosphere and very delicious food! And our waiter is always attentive !! And at last, after paying the check, he gave us a dessert !! I love this place

The food was amazing. I ordered stuff shells with meat sauce, mom ordered the cannelloni. It was lovely. The service was quick and excellent, and the atmosphere is so classy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.

Has management changed or was the business sold? I don’t recognize any of the staff anymore. We went last night and have been going for many years and my husband said after last night we will never return . We believe in supporting local & family businesses. Normally I would give 5 stars for this place. There was quite a wait for our server to approach, but she finally brought bread and gave us one piece of bread each. When I asked for more bread please, she scolded us like a child . It felt very awkward . She said “I’ll bring out more bread when I bring out your meal “ her tone and attitude was like a mom condescending and belittling a child. My husband and I looked at each other with shock. What made matters worse was all the other servers were refilling the bread and drinks of all the tables around us and they would bring a bountiful basket of bread. We felt very odd and uncomfortable. I was ready to get my order and leave . The food came out and tasted amazing. However the service was just awful and put a damper on the atmosphere. We were never offered fresh Parmesan, she didn’t bring the bread back until we were at the end of our meal and offered refills after we finished eating. Her attitude ruined our meal. We were still very polite and she started being friendly when we asked for the check, possibly thinking about a tip. I’m very disappointed in her attitude and scolding . She needs more training or she will run loyal customers away for good and give a great business a bad reputation.

This is a genuine family owned restaurant. The decor is exactly what you'd expect; cozy and warm old Italy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We enjoyed 6 different entrees and the homemade bread appetizer. All were prepared perfectly. Shrimp fettuccine Alfredo , Stromboli, Osso Buco, grilled chicken and vegetables, spaghetti and meatballs, and Chicken Aristocrat were presented well and were very tasty. We enjoyed a carafe of the house Chianti, a must have to ho with good food. Stop in and ask for Suzanna. Her smile will dazzle you and her recommendations will have you scheduling your next visit before you leave.

Tried this place on a whim after my sons basketball game. It was our first visit, but surely not the last! Service was AMAZING and on point. Multiple staff were friendly and welcoming to us. We got the best table by the warm fireplace and loved the whole atmosphere. We were loving the pianist there on a Sunday night! He played so many great songs that my son really loved. Food was surprisingly good, I have the ravioli. Def some of the best Italian food in the mid cities area. Great place for a family dinner.

This place is always great. My in-laws love coming here for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). Generally speaking, the food is good and everything is large portions - so you can definitely share dishes. What is great is the service and atmosphere. The servers remember you, the owner is there 9 times out of 10, the pianist plays wonderfully and I don't get the side eye from other diners or staff if my kids decide to get up and dance to the music 😀. So all in all, great place!

Looking for something new and came across this place. Excellent environment. Food was delicious. Live music. And Susanna was the best waitress. She was very polite, attentive, and made the experience that much better. Will definitely visit again!
