I grew up nearest this location, but like every other location, it has come a long way in the wrong direction from it's heyday in the 90's and early 2000's. It seems the majority of the customers you'll find here are either older who remember it from the glory days or overweight. Several people around me were coughing. It seemed like a run down retirement home cafeteria where families could visit. I stopped going to this location because about 15 years ago I saw roaches in the salad bar, but I didn't find that today. I think I remember something about the health department almost closing it down back then. The food was good. The service was good, though I wasn't told where to find the silverware. The facility shows many signs of wear and tear however. Fraying and stained carpet, chipped paint, tears and cracks in the vinyl chair seats, and dirty. The men's restroom was awful. Every step was sticky. It had a strong smell of urine. It looked like the mirror was damaged and instead of replacing it, they just covered up the spot with a smaller mirror. You don't go here for the atmosphere.

Thank you Golden Corral for Veteran Appreciation Night, food was fresh, hot and although very, very crowded, I was able to share a table with a fellow veteran, keep danci g, Navy Vet Larry! Nice location easy access, not too crowded, but busy enough to keep food fresh and refilled. Meat was well seasoned, vegetables cooked to just the right amount of firmness and crunch.

This place has pretty good food, and the waitress was helpful and nice. Honestly there weren't any issues except that the building is a bit old and probably needs some renovations, but that doesn't really affect the rating. Overall a nice place to eat with good food and somewhat good environment.

This place is awful. It is old and very dirty. We have tried it several times, as our favorite location in Keller, closed. It was a super nice GC, and now all we have near us is this horrible one. Don't know how the company allows such a huge variation of their locations. If you like GC, stay away from this one, as it is a totally different experience.

Huge variety which is great when eating with friends so everyone can eat something they like. Thank you. What wasn’t so great is they were mopping with stinky water … made it smell like someone puked. Please change the mop head and clean out the mop bucket,

The service is pathetic; the server/cashier did not state that drinks costed additional bucks, even when we asked why the total was higher than how much they charge, the cashier was pretty incompetent enough to even explain. It was only after we saw the bill, did we realize that they charged for drinks Despite calling out this problem and situation, the shift manager was unapologetic and rude. To top that, we waited for almost 40 to 45 minutes, for them to fix their system, before they even got to the point of getting us a refund. All I would say is that you better know how to speak and understand Spanish, if you are visiting this restaurant. I felt like I was racially profiled and unwelcome at this place and I would rather skip this restaurant than go through this again

Nastiest place I've ever taking my family too. And we love this restaurant but the walls in the section had food splatter all over them. Then i watched a cook mix fresh cooked corn into a pan of old corn on the buffet bar without testing the food temp or how long the old corn was on the buffet. Then when we asked to talk to a manager she could hardly speak any English/or understand English so she said call tomorrow.

Worst Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had. We ordered turkey and ham dinners -total of 7. Not one slice of turkey or drop of gravy. Ordered 2 with carrot cake, got no carrot cake. Vegetables were cold and not fresh. Turkey was greasy, and full of fat. Ham was so bad my dog wouldn't eat it. Restaurant was filthy, trash on floor, railings were sticky. Lady at front was making drinks after wiping her nose with the back of her hand..not gloves. I am demanding my money back! Don't go here if you want a nice hot meal! Contacting their corporate office!

I have a very strange and mixed review. First off, when we arrived the building looks faded and very old as if it has never been re-painted or had any repairs done. The food was surprisingly tasty though and our male server was attentive and nice to us. When I took my two-year-old to the bathroom to change him, I pulled the changing table down and it was leaning down from where it should be and was slanted towards the ground and the bolts were all rusty and loose. I had to place him on it to change him, and used my knee to hold it up and support it since it would not support his weight on it's own. Also, when we went to get dessert, my 9 year old spotted a roach on the chocolate chip cookie platter. I looked and sure enough one was continually crawling around the plate. Two other male customers saw it and left without eating any of their food. I tried letting one of the ladies behind that counter know, but she ignored me. So, I let our server know who happened to be walking by as we stood there. He told her and she removed it immediately. Needless to say, it was not the worst experience I've ever had, but they really need to work on cleanliness and updating their restaurant majorly if they want to stay open! There's a lawsuit waiting to happen here!

O my Goodness!! Brown beans looked bay. The grill window needed to be cleans as well as the rim. A total of 3 good steaks, one spicy sausage good, green beans good, one brownie (no candy on top) good, rolls fresh just cold wouldn't melt the butter. Oh yes the brown gravy good.

The place is very old and dirty, the food doesn't really taste that good plus some of the foods are not well cooked. Some of the plates are dirty but they say that the plates have been "cleaned." I feel like they keep the place dark because they know that the place is dirty. The windows are dirty and dusty too. The only thing that's good about this place is that the waitress are super nice and helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place at all though.

We hit the front door at 11am this past Sunday. This was always the golden hour of food - fresh food for lunch service, and some breakfast foods available. We were happy on the timing - the wait staff were phenomenal and the line prep servers were awesome. The food, well that was disappointing. A positive was the seafood salad - it was fresh and tasty. That is all the positive I can muster on the food. From taste to temperature to texture, so disappointing. The cost was steep for the quality. The food hanging off the walls in seating area was a real downer. However, the bright smiles and speedy service of all the staff gives this place a 3 ⭐️ star review.

I don't normally do buffets. But it was Veteran's day. And they do a remarkable job serving us. Food was fresh and very delicious. Also, found out that they make contributions to the Veterans association. Highly recommend this location for anyone.

Did a door dash, got four dinners, I asked for gravy on my mashed potatoes didn't get a drop, my son ordered the hot chicken, got baked chicken, my wife ordered gravy didn't get any, do the folks filling these orders care? The food it self was very good, I will try once more but if it isn't correct I will assume they can't read, and will use someone else, the food was still good though. 😉

We had not been to this location in a couple of years and found that not only was Sunday after church the worst time of the week to go for a meal, but that the menu had totally changed. Besides being overcrowded with people, it was also a madhouse with children running about with plates and utensils hovering the desert area. Over-worked staff did what they could and scary restroom facilities made me I'll. 🤢 We did not know there were two payment registers. We were stared at for about 10 or more minutes by the many cashier's who came and went until we decided to walk ahead of the junior basketball team. I assume they thought that we were with them. not! We are a few tablespoons of food and quickly left

No air conditioning. Had all patrons crammed into one section. Hardly any of the workers spoke any English so you could not communicate to say what you wanted. My husband is of Spanish descent so that is not a racist comment. Just poor all the way around.

By far the worse location I have visited. From the time we walked in the door til the time we walked out. The hostess was rude, the resturant was dirty, the staff acted as if it were an issue to assist patrons. The fried chicken was either over cooked or had been setting out for hours it was disgusting. The sherbert catch tray was completely full of liquid and splashed all over my 3 year old. The staff became irritated and rude when advised it needed emptied and even spilt it all over the floor it was so full. Will never go back. Debating if I ever even want to give Golden Corral my business ever again after the awful experience.

I was expecting some delicious food and that's not what I got. The people cooking did a horrible job. Pot roast was scorched, liver over cooked and dry, bourbon chicken was tasteless, rice was hard. Everything looked old... like it was sitting there from the night before or had been reheated. The waitress lady/ table cleaner lady was very nice and kept checking on each table to see if we needed anything. Cashier and drink lady was very nice also but the area's for food that had signs didn't match what was being served. The area said the wok (asian) it had Mexican food there. The Hispanic area had American food. People was sitting too close together because the back section was closed off. That's not safe in a pandemic. I will never come back. A total waste of money, this goes to show that everybody at a restaurant shouldn't be cooking. I've had better food at my church than this chain business did. Don't go save your money.

They really need to close this place down and remodel it. The place is run down, there's Roaches crawling on the wall. They let kids just run all over the place, messing with the ice cream machine. It is just unsanitary in there. This is another place I won't be going back to. I used to like this Golden Corral.. Not anymore!

I always have a great time even with my dad and niece 😂 the food was accurate, bountiful and delicious. Emilio's Service was exceptionally remarkable and profoundly impeccable. This place always has a good vibe and was immaculate in sanitation. Every employee had remembered to wear their beautiful smiles, it was a very marvelous morning then. . . . Thank you guys for being a part of it. . . Keep up the amazing job each of you guys do

Love the salad bar at breakfast & custom-made omelettes. Servers are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. I would appreciate more pest control! Tables & actual buffet are clean; above the food lines is filthy. Avoid their restrooms! Clogged toilets, used TP in trash and on floor will traumatize you. Opening time is delayed randomly - has been a problem since way before 2020.

this is absolutely the worset place ive ever been. i can not believe anyone would ever return to this place after stepping inside ... the building its self is nasty terribly kept it smells horrible in the dinning area. i paid 75 dollars for me and my kids to eat here figured with a price like that the food would be good... it wasnt. most of the food is uneatable.. the lady at the cash register was very rude and aggressive like she was in a hurry there was clearly no line of any kind other then me and my kids. the air conditioning must be broken since it was soo hot in the building. if the health department entered this building it would be shut down on the spot .. absolutely terrible.

Been a while since I've visited a Golden Corral. I feel like the food quality has declined in the past 20 years. However this site was great! Food was fresh and hot. The salad bar was well stocked, there was a large selection of desserts, and the server who was responsible for my area was very attentive. Price for lunch on a weekday is $10.99 plus tax and additional $2.99 for the drink. It used to be that price for dinner, sigh. Well, it's worth it. The food was good, and you'd pay that anywhere else. ( I love their fried chicken!)

Went for the Salute to Veterans meal they do annually. Had to wait in line but that was expected. Line moved decently. Met a few veterans. Seating was challenging but again expected. Food selection was good. Service was great considering the crowd. Will return.
