We had the worst experience of our lives at this campground and they have done nothing to reach out to us or compensate us. The underground wiring to their electrical posts was giving us shocks to touch the post and our camper. We reported it to management and they did not want to deal with it and just asked us to move. It rained all night and when we stepped out of our camper my dogs and I experience severe electrical shock! It actually broke a bone in my foot! When we reached our destination we had an RV expert go over our camper completely and nothing was faulty with our camper! Pure negligence and they are willing to do nothing about it!!

Clean, spacious and quiet sites with decent space in between each. Property appears well maintained. Easy on/off freeway access. Water pressure was good and WiFi worked well. Will stay here again if passing through Nebraska.

It is a nice set up. We had the only deluxe cabin without a full kitchen, but a full bathroom, and small bunkroom. The main area has a queen bed with a table for 3-4. There is no couch, but it has a TV. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, but no kitchen sink or stove. We also had an RV set up for a couple of nights. There are 3 shower/restroom buildings, a nice pool, playground, bike rentals, small store, game room, and dog runs. The TV in the cabin was fuzzy and the door to one of the shower/bathrooms had a broken #1 on the code machine. Of course the unlock code had a 1 in it, so you had to walk around to the other side to get in.

Quiet. Great 1 night location far enough off I 80 and didn't need to cook dinner as they make Hunt Bros pizza. Open or shady sites and very nice grassy shaded tent sites. Friendly staff.

We have stayed here several times, and it seems to be going downhill...the water in the cabins smelled like rotten eggs. Public bathrooms were not cleaned while we were there. There was a huge storm, and they did not clean up afterwards like they normally would. Our cabin was supposed to come with a grill, and it broke and they never replaced it. No discount on our room, and no indication that they planned on replacing it. We didn't bring a grill, as we had planned on cooking our food on the grill they said they provided. Lots of other little things that don't make me excited to go back there. Spoke with other regulars who said things were going downhill as well.

We really loved this KOA. We have been to a lot, and this will be tagged as one of our favorites. We got checked in, all set up, and ordered pizza and chicken wings from the office. They deliver it to your campsite. The pizza was good, and so were the wings. We even had enough leftovers for the next day. We were only staying for one night in a pull thru water and electric site. The other RV sites were all nice and spacious. The tent sites were really nice as well. The camp is far enough away from the highway to avoid most of the road noise. It was very peaceful. They have a play area, and there is a pool, although not open yet. The showers were very clean, as were the bathrooms. They have a selection of cabins you can stay in. Some have no bathrooms, and a few do. The K9 dog park is nice. It is nice that they are individual rooms. The staff was so very nice. We will be coming back.

I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience at a KOA, but this one is nice! I enjoyed sitting on their swings in the evening. They had clean bathroom facilities and showers. 20,30, & 50 amp hookups & water. The person at the front desk was welcoming and helpful when we arrived and departed. She went above and beyond when I was looking for a way to reheat my coffee before taking off in the morning. It’s about a 15 minute drive to town (Grand Island), which has a lot of options for grocery stores, gas, food, and coffee.

The Grand Island KOA in Nebraska is a hidden gem for travelers. It's not just perfect for an overnight stop; it's a place where you might find yourself wanting to extend your stay. The nostalgic reminder of Texas Panhandle corn fields adds a charming touch to the surroundings, evoking memories of my youth. The hosts are not just nice—they're the kind of people who make you feel at home on the road. The convenience of long pull-throughs, where you don't even have to unhook the tow vehicle, is a game-changer. I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next journey through Nebraska!

We had one of the deluxe cabins which was clean and comfortable for my family of five. We stayed two nights a Thursday and Friday. It was very quiet and most of the Thursday guests checked out on Friday but it filled up again by Friday night. Some laundry machine issues but we were able to get our clothes done in good time. Overall a good experience.

Nice location! Had a quick stay but loved the pool and amenities. Only downside was the amount of black flies we ran into at the time. Might just be a seasonal deal though so trying not to Ding to much for that.

The best staff! We were moving across NE without reservations and got held up sightseeing. It was after hours, and we knew we could count on a KOA Journey to have after-hours packets and pull-thrus. The staff was still in the office, and even though it was closed, they invited us in and helped us! The roads were easy to navigate and the site was very long. We also slept well in this peaceful setting.

Very easy to get to off the I-80. Clean place, spacious campgrounds. Get here before 5 pm and you can have a hot, really good pizza delivered right to your campsite. The wifi is the best we have used in four years of full timing, it's excellent, even at peak hours of use. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool is clean and inviting. I only wish when arriving they would show you to your site, it is extremely helpful, especially when it's your first time. I understand it's extra work but adds a nice touch to your service. I would reccomend this location as one of the nicer KOAs across the country.

We have started to make it a year tradition to visit this KOA with our family. We have enjoyed the friendly service and overall have had a positive experience but this year it seems the restrooms were poorly cleaned (if at all) for our stay. By our 2nd morning there they smelled like urine so bad i couldn't stand to use them. Some cabins didn't have grills that worked. Pool was nice and clean and open as stated. Hopefully they continue to improve on cleanliness and making sure everything works in the cabin as we would like to continue to visit.

The pool was freezing & needed to be cleaned. Very dusty dirt road blowing into the campground every time someone drives by. Maybe it's better on the far side, opposite the office? Friendly office staff.

Office staff were welcoming and helpful. The rv pads were long so that I didn't need to disconnect my tow vehicle. The site that I was in had a broken sewer pipe. Rather than replacing a couple of inches of plastic pipe the sewer pipe was simply wrapped in duct tape. Needless to say I had to be very careful when emptying my tanks. This was the most expensive KOA that I have ever stayed at.

No shower curtain in our cabin and no cable tv as advertised as channels were froze. Dillon switched us to another cabin. Same issue with no cable tv and no hot water in cabin or off of office. Other restrooms there were closed. Reserved month in advance. Blinds broken and uncomfortable futon. Pizza was good but Dillon said he had no change to give back.. Heidi said would give discount, but still waiting month later. This place is going downhill. Would not recommend and not staying here again.

Not the best KOA I have stayed at. Grounds were dry and dusty but was quiet and got pizza that was good but ordered wings and they didn't look to see if they had any but 4 so had to get money put back on the card. Office closed at 5 which was odd to me for a camp ground. Pool was closed and it was 90 out

Just WOW! Clean, level sites, a staff that is the best. Food is always good and they bring it right to your site. Over 14 KOA's to date and this is now our favorite. Thanks to the owners and staff!

We visited during the off season when only one small row of campsites were available. Check in was easy. The original site had a tree limb that would hit the camper so luckily we could easily move to a different spot. We chose a gravel site and it was mostly level. Most of the amenities are closed during the winter months. We didn't use the bathrooms. Propane is not available on site but would be nice. There was a few full time campers. Excellent customer service!

The best part of this KOA is the location right off of I-80. The sites for RVs are so narrow we didn’t put our slide out. Is we sat at the picnic table we would have hit our head in the neighbors slide out. There was no shade and we were off a gravel road. The sites didn’t sit far enough back so you got the dust from the road. The pool was closed. Looks like this is a perpetual problem. The store closed at 5 so no pizza available ( it was probably frozen anyway). We lost hot water in the shower and had to turn the water off in hopes it would get warm again. Try that with 3 kids under the age of 8. We’ve stayed with KOA for years when we travel but our experiences in the last two years have us rethinking this decision.

After 6 hours of traveling I pulled into the KOA camp. I Was met by friendly smiling people. The campground is very clean and well kept. The showers and restroom were also clean and maintained. The internet worked well all around the campground. The price was reasonable only $33. I recommend highly. And when you visit be sure to have one of their homemade pizzas. So good.

Darlene was amazing. We had to stay an extra night due to weather and she was so sweet to make us up a pizza and wings. And they deliver to your rv. Darlene was also very friendly and caring.

WiFi was fast but not a lot of people were here and nothing was available to use. No quarter machine to use the laundry. Soda machines broken. Even the basketball net was taken down for the season. The game room was locked and there was really nothing to do here besides park and stay for the night. But it did feel safe and relatively clean. They do offer pizza but you have to make sure you order before 5pm. We did have plenty of space for our rig though. And it did the job for a place to stay for a couple nights.

Staff was unavailable when we pulled in. Quickly other RV's were in a line behind us also waiting to check in. I found the Office staff in another building. She said we do NOT open or check in until 2pm. I pointed at the line of travelers also wanting to rest. She said, "that's normal" at 2pm "someone" will open office. Already we are seeing this is not KOA usual standards. The site was extremely tight, the dirt roads very narrow, hook ups were located in neighboring sites walking path. (Picture shows neighbor utility in our backdoor). We had to swing hard when pulling out, to avoid the RV's located directly in front of us. It was a one night stay. We wanted electric or a truck stop would of been better. Items in the store were extremely high. Will not visit again and do not recommend.

We stayed here 2 times going to and from yellowstone national park. Staff is great and on top of things . Clean and well kept spaces. Utilities set up just right for us . Staff here always smiling. We got a spot with a fire pit , weather didn't allow us to use it but really nice . A little fence and paver stones , just great . If we pass thru here again I will not think twice about staying here . I will do it in a heart beat . Keep up the good work.

Darlene was excellent. She checked us in and made sure all of our questions were answered. Her customer service was EXCELLENT and she really wanted to ensure our stay went smoothly. Definitely an RV park we will try to stay at in the future.

👍 Twice a year, 6th year in a row, staying here for travel baseball at Grand Park, love this RV park! The town near by, Ceciro, rocks! Great coffee house and restaurants. One negative, poor plumbing for the rear of park bathrooms as it is on a septic tank system, backs ups common. Odd shower and sink...

😠 Horrible experience! Sat for an hour in line waiting to ride a slope. Asked for a refund and was lied to and told there was no manager there. I left a note and all of a sudden a man came forward claiming to own the place. Told me he wouldn’t issue a refund or make up for the horrible experience. The...
