Visited yesterday and had an enjoyable time being assisted by Priyanka. Incredibly helpful and warm. The missing two stars is for the shop's ambience- the store manager's son was visiting there and was screaming around, creating chaos. The same can be validated on cctv. Firmly believe a very avoidable situation around parental supervision

I had a kind of mixed experience today at the store. I do agree that during Diwali with such a huge footfall in the store it's not easy to deal with so many customers. Still I could see one person helping us patiently even though my card had some technical issue where as a person named Puja kept me and my mother totally unattended. I just wanted to check with her if the design I liked online was available in store. Instead of explaining the things clearly (which was later done by that guy who helped us in purchasing) she showed some weird attitude. I believe when you are in a customer service role this kind of attitude is totally unacceptable no matter how many customers you are dealing at that point. If this is the kind of attitude we get while having an in-store purchase I would definitely prefer buying things online.

It a decent place for mostly diamond jewelry. I did enjoy my time being there. Rajdip was great at his job.

It is a nice place having a wide range of designs staring from 6-7k to way up. You can also download the caratlane app and shortlsit it before visiting the store and book it there. The staffs are also good.

Good experience. But not so much offline collections. However the possibility to choose anything from the official app and get it ordered for the same price is a great option.

Designs are so well displayed. Staff is very very very cooperative. I got my favorite ring(which was not in their stock) with my exact finger size without even paying in advance. Worth the experience.

It is mostly owned by Tanishq. Generally gold, diamond etc. jewellery of light weight are sold here. Cost is moderate.

I have bought one ring from this store and after a week I have it for polishing. They committed to return it back after 5 days from the day of receipt of the ring for polishing but took more than 14 days to return the same. With repetitive follow up they falsely committed over and again. Their service is not up to the mark.
