A nice place but has since lost value. The medical aid is now the least in terms of medical cover, even consultations you are now required to pay cash upfront. It used to be much better but has since degenerated to be a shadow of itself. Even when a member applies for their membership card. It takes them time to process. Massive restructuring and refocussing greatly needed.

Reception staff on ground floor are polite and helpful. Authorisation staff on first a mixed bag; while there were some efficient counters there were half which were manned by people who were concentrating on their smart phones while customers were queuing. Let down.

Worst experience ever

The organisation has an excellent help desk. It serves clients within a few minutes. I was surprised by their efficiency in serving the clients. I hope their clinics and pharmacies will show the same quality of service.

The place is smart and not crowded at when when one gets into the offices. People are quickly served that the offices are not crowded most of the time. Noone gets into the building without being sanitized as there is an overhead sprayer at the entrance.
