The Three Monkeys Harare is so popular. I recently attended a birthday dinner there and the booking was done a month in advance! However the atmosphere is really classy. We were given a warm welcome, even though we had arrived slightly earlier than our reservation time. The service was good, the drinks well made and care is taken in the food menu. If you are looking for memorable interiors, beautiful exterior, they have a fountain that is lighted, and an exquisite dining and bar experience, then The Three Monkeys Harare is it.

This is a good place for a nice relaxed meal. The ambience that they have created with the fountain and all make it very special a place. They have a good menu to suit all taste buds . They even have something for vegetarian and vegans too. The drinks and cocktails are good. I highly recommend the pizza’s. They can play around the toppings to your preference. We had two pizzas with choice of toppings with 4 juice based drinks and paid 48.50$ The burgers are extraordinary in taste and size too. Children can have a great time with the lawn and the play area. All in all a memorable experience.

Greek salad was not as expected but not bad. Good selection of drinks, nice variety of food. Pleasant service, great surrounding with green grass, water fountain and dam for fishing... Background Music was not distracting, could have been more mellow... Maybe just me... I will be back.

The service was great, Carleton was very helpful. The atmosphere is perfect!!! The food was alright not as good as the service and the atmosphere, maybe next time I will try something else to maybe get the wow effect of the food, if you love views this is the place!! My tourist was happy and impressed!!

The waitress we had really put us off, rushed us through our orders and kept emphasizing that she was soon to knock off her shift at 4pm and insisted on bringing the bill way before we were ready to leave. The food was honestly underwhelming. The bbq chicken pizza was okay but the esotica was really bad, not sure how they missed the mark with a ham and pineapple pizza. The dirty martini had way too much olive brine, not good. My friend's chicken schnitzel was quite good but the waitress omitted the mushroom sauce, which came later on when she was almost done. Was not pleased to pay for takeaway boxes, they should honestly be complementary. It's a very beautiful place so I'll give them that, we got lots of pretty photos. But overall the service is letting them down, which is quite unfortunate cause it seemed there was so many staff.

Nice ambience overlooking lush greenery and water feature. Their service is great and loved the dessert and impressive wine selection. Keep it up!

If you can only afford one meal in Harare, this is definitely the place you should visit. Recently opened, it boasts a wonderful garden with refreshing mood. Although most foods are yummy, deep fried shrimp, tomahawk stake(medium rare), and fish and chips are the best among others. If you are lucky, you could get a fresh Zambezi draft beer with strong hop aroma, though they barely have it in stock.

Great experience in a great atmosphere and environment. The menu is wide and nice with plenty of variety. Medium rare steak 🤌 and the cocktails are the aspects on the menu. Going to the view you'll feel like you've gone somewhere exotic, its the proper top place for hosting an intimate even looking into the pool and lights in the dusk. I could give an extra star if i could. An experience you rarely find in Harare. And if you have kids this is your place they have child minders and a pretty modern looking kids play area.

The location is alright but the atmosphere, ambiance and great food make up for that. The scenery outside is beautiful and the interior design is beautiful. The food was great but the entertainment such as the music could be better. The food is worth the money however, the service can be a bit slow but they have very friendly staff. Great for all types of customers from cooperate staff, families as well as couples.

We booked early and sent our orders via app. By the time we arrived our food was almost ready. The food was totally fresh and mouthwatering. The service was discreet but well timed. The play area for kids is well placed. Above all a great experience.

We ordered half chicken, tomahawk steak, geek salad, chips, virgin mojito and pina colada. It was a good meal, the portions were big, we were unable to finish the meal, had to request take away bags. Moreover, the green scenery outside, with the water-fountain was beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere and ambiance was great.

Wanted to check out this beautiful restaurant. The food is average at most. We ordered a tomahawk steak, pork ribs, pizza, and a BBQ burger. The location and decor is what sells the place; however, the food leaves alot to be desired. We had alot of leftovers and requested for it to be packed for takeaway and when we received our boxes we noted that more than half our food was missing. From the 4 remaining slices of pizza there was only one left in the box. And the remaining half of the burger was gone. Had I not checked at the table- we would have only realized at home. When this was addressed with the server. He reluctantly went to the back and returned saying he doesn't know what happened and he was sorry. When we asked if they could give us even a small pizza considering we paid for it - he refused. I personally have no desire to return here. For those that do- check your take away boxes before leaving the restaurant. I understand the staff may be hungry but this is robbery.

Usually a pleasure but today everything was just burnt, can't tell the difference of Veg and the tatoes. The meat was very well cooked, unfortunately it was soaked in rosemary and it was overpowering and burnt as well🙈. The drinks, well we didn't get what we ordered the label was correct but if you for example you get a Pepsi you know it's not a Coke. However the Ribs were yummy, falling off the bone and beautifully seasoned. Overall today was an unfortunate day, next week will try Mozambique again before I come back, maybe there will be a different Chef. Service was great though, always on point.

Best restaurant in Zimbabwe. I don't care what anyone says. Hands down.

Lovely place, great ambience and amazing scenery. However the food is quite pricy compared to similar establishments. What's more disappointing is that the food is very mid. I had a BBQ beef burger, overall it was bland. The chips stayed too long in the oil I guess and were now hard to bite into and chew. Also tasted pizza and wraps from friends' plates, was not at all impressed. They could really improve on taste.

Went with my friends We enjoyed our food oh such generous portions! The environment was the best we didn't want to leave!! The service was superb. We'll definitely go back to try other dishes.

We booed this restaurant for my dad's birthday. It was perfect. The food and service were brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The food itself was really great. Portions were great and quality top-notch. The property has a huge garden, which is really pretty and it also has a large playground for children. Which was perfect as we had 3 little ones with us. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant as it was really brilliant.

In the midst of the challenging economic situation in Zim, finding a place where you can escape and experience a moment of relaxation is truly a treasure. 3 Monkeys manages to provide that respite, allowing you to momentarily forget about the woes of the world and enjoy a serene atmosphere. Nestled by the lake, this restaurant offers a soothing ambiance enhanced by the fresh breeze that gently wafts through the air. However, while the setting may be idyllic, the service at 3 Monkeys fell short of expectations during my visit. I was disappointed by the slow pace at which my order was attended to. It took an astonishingly long 30 minutes for the staff to prepare just two drinks, a delay that marred the overall dining experience. This is particularly disheartening as 3 Monkeys is renowned for its excellent service. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not indicative of a decline in their overall standards. Another aspect that caught my attention was the pricing on the menu. The prices at 3 Monkeys seem to be higher than the average for similar establishments. For instance, a simple dish like battered hake with fries came at a rather steep cost of $15. While the taste and quality of the food were satisfactory, the price tag seemed disproportionate, making it difficult to justify the expense. It would be prudent for 3 Monkeys to re-evaluate their pricing strategy to ensure it aligns better with customer expectations. Taking into account the relaxing atmosphere, the disappointingly slow service, and the relatively high menu prices, I would rate 3 Monkeys with a 6 out of 10. This rating reflects the mixed experience I had during my visit, as the scenic beauty and escapism offered by the restaurant were overshadowed by the drawbacks in service efficiency and affordability. I hope that 3 Monkeys takes these aspects into consideration and works towards regaining its reputation for exceptional service while also adjusting their prices to create a more balanced offering for its patrons.

Three Monkeys offers a delightful combination of aesthetics and cuisine. The indoor dining area boasts a contemporary design, complete with ring-shaped lighting suspended from the roof, which makes for great photographs. While the open-plan dining theme does not offer private sections, patrons can enjoy a full view of the kitchen and watch bartenders mix drinks at the beautiful bar by the entrance. The outdoor dining area is decorated in a rustic style and provides a picturesque view of a large pond, complete with a blue-lit fountain. While blankets are available for tables without nearby heaters, the evenings can get chilly. The food was tasty, featuring dishes such as juicy, well-seasoned fillet steak, golden, crisp crust-enclosed chicken schnitzels, and fresh salmon poke bowls. They have an extensive cocktail menu, and drinks are artfully presented. There are various choices on the wine list, although the red wine selection by the glass is somewhat limited. While prices for the lunch/dinner menus are on the higher side, the overall experience is one that I would recommend at least once.

Went for breakfast, most of the tables were reserved but the staff where very accommodating and found us a table promptly. The breakfast menu is suitably expansive with a variety of options at surprisingly good value. The food was fantastic freshly made and full of flavour, special mention for the beans I had with my Brookes breakfast they were delightful. The ambience was top draw and the setting is amazing. Well done!

Good food, on point atmosphere and friendly staff!

Nice place. Beautiful atmosphere and the view is gorgeous. Very nice and helpful staff. But the prices are high. I ordered Caesar salad and dessert Tiramisu and unfortunately I can’t say that I liked it. But my friends liked the food. So may be the problem is with the dishes that I ordered. But I’m going to try something else next time .

This place is an amazing place for events and brunch and the views are amazing too. I’d give it an 8.5/10. Although they should’ve told us beforehand that no professional cameras are allowed considered we’d made a booking for event. However everything else is perfect 🤩

Great atmosphere, great views of the garden, the drinks were really great, the service from the staff was great, the food was rather bland, my wife ordered the chicken schnitzel and had no taste in, fries were bland, I ordered the burger and that too was not the greatest for the standards they have, Zim has amazing spices and herbs to use in food, hopefully the kitchen staff can incorporate these

Absolutely wonderful place to eat ,chill and enjoy with family and friends

Good parking, nicely decorated - the welcome at the door was lovely we were shown to our seats, despite the restaurant being empty and staff plentiful we had to ask waiter to come over to us- it would be nice if waiters came to the table quicker to get drink orders. Given and Obidience (bar staff) were exceptionally good, we enjoyed every single round of our drinks. Food was super tasty we ordered a Poke bowl, burger and ceaser salad - I would recommend asking for the sauce on the side on the poke as they do put a lot of it which may not be to everyone’s taste. Overall great food, waterside views, tasty drinks, value for money

I expected nothing less than the service we received at your Vic Falls Branch and your guys did not disappoint. excellent service throughout. Great ambiance, those heaters make difference during cold nights. The blankets for those far from heaters was a nice touch. Great smiling staff, great food, clean neat, the view the fountain I could go on. Well done team, looking forward to more good meals with you.
