Saturday is always packed and service can be a little delayed but the vibe is worth every minute

The place has indoor and outdoor spaces that you can choose from. There is also a kids play area. Food is great. Service was great and staff were courteous and helpful and friendly. It was my first time but they cheerfully welcomed me as if I was a regular. The bar is well stocked. Fresh food is served.

The food here is to die for. The staff is just so friendly and they sometimes interact with customers here n there. The scenery is good.

This place is awesome. It's great for families during the day and even has a play area for kids with a small number of children's activities such is blowing bubbles and a small play area. You can enjoy beer, cocktails and wine at any time and the food is excellent. I really enjoyed the burgers. The waiter was excellent with great table manner and there was a good atmosphere. After 18:00 it then switches to more of a night life vibe. Which is also great as it caters for all. Highly recommended.

Best pub / restaurant / hang out spot in Harare. It has a wine section. Shisha section. Billards. Live sports. Good music. A neat garden sitting area. Aple parking. Good friendly service.

It's a whole vibe this place. 10 stars out of 5. Great food, good music and is the best of both worlds. Come during the day and you can enjoy a meal with friends and family. Come at night and all the young and restless arrive and it turns into a club so to speak. It's magnificent. Great business concept they got going on there. And the staff is friendly. But on Friday and Saturday they get overwhelmed. There will be way too many people. I guess the place is that nice that everyone wants the be there.

Reasonably priced food and drinks. Service can be quite slow on busy days like weekends but generally a great place to chill and hangout.

I have been here twice, nice tranquil place especially mid week. If you do not smoke be advised that lots of people smoking "shisha".Overally the food is great but the kitchen closes early so in the evening get there before 7 to place last order in time.

An amazing spot for music and vibes. Tops it of with spectacular djs and their cocktails are the best, and very affordable. Definitely a good time guaranteed

Loved the place - recommend 10/10 Yes it’s a bit pricy, but as a meat lover — pretty much would go back because!!!! Maybe my view is skewed because of the poor service we had received earlier on at The Boss Cafe which made us come to Jam Tree, but I was blown away by The Jam Tree. The staff who served us were quick and gave us a time frame for our meals. Since it wasn’t packed, we got served even faster. The food was amazing and the cuts were high quality and very soft - nothing was chewy. It was just high quality all around. Since we couldn’t finish our food, we ended up taking pretty much half of it home.

Good food, good service, good vibes. Perfect for drinks with friends or colleagues after work or lunch on the weekend followed by a young chill session. Or an early dinner. Great for a group outing with friends. Not so much for older or younger family members . If you looking for a quiet place for a meal, this ain't it lol.

A good day out with live music & a vibe. Service was great even with the venue being full. Had the burger which was cool but the patty was too well done. The pizza was cool but no excitement in my mouth. The food here is just bland, not bad but bland.

It was my first at going to this place.. My girl and I we had the best Dinner date ever. The service was really amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. But INNOCENT has been really amazing, we really enjoyed his service🤛. I wouldn't mind going back again the next time i visit home(Zimbabwe)

It was my first time going there cause my sister recommended it since I just arrived in Zim after a long time, I must say when we got there for the first time I actually wanted to leave cause the waitresses around had attitude and some of the waiters were ignorant too. It was only when Innocent came to help us that I decided to stay but apart from that I just wanted to leave because it took so long before we could get help. Innocent was very attentive and amazing, he's very humble. He made us feel welcome apart from the rest of the staff but it's an amazing joint to be honest the staff just need to be trained on service.

It's awesome as always! I go there for the sporting facilities which have recently been renovated. It's enjoyable

Good pitch to play 5 on and have a great start to a weekend but a nice little run of fun. There's also a big screen that is outdoor for those who wanna watch movies in the car. (outdoor cinema / drive in cinema). This is next to a bar with various DJs playing throughout the weekend and having well.... "A jam" at the tree

The Jam tree is the place of 2 faces...during the day, it's great to take the kids, with a small play area and great food. In the evening the live bands and great food makes it a great place to hang out with friends.

This fusion consists of a sports bar area, a wine bar, outside cocktail bar, an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area complete with a play section for the kids, making it ideal for everyone (families included)!

Awesome chill spot in Harare around the Arundel/Mount Pleasant area. Food is also great. Had the Chorizo burger and gourmet fries with guacamole.Amazing😁. Great vibe especially in the evening plus staff is great. Also look out for some of the events they have and they post fliers of these on their Facebook page.

I enjoyed the environment but not the food. The pizza was hard and had no flavour.

The place has a nice outside sitting area and airy atmosphere. The place does however get quite packed on weekends which leads to poor service as the waiters seem over worked. Watch out for the new management too, they are like hovering wasps😅

Beautiful set up of zimbrellas and sitting area. There's a kiddies play area , very spacious. There was a live band playing some smooth jazz. Cherry on top was a nice glass of Amarula.

It's a very nice upmarket place to have food and drinks at. Its ever growing popularity is two sided though. On the one hand you know it's popular for a good reason. On the other hand, it means it gets quite crowded and busy. This might not sit well if you were looking for something a bit more composed and romantic. Still a solid place though

Its always great hanging out with our friends at the jam tree. The vibe is always great. I would say i enjoy the live band sessions quite a lot. Then there's the food. I enjoy the food too. Prices are fair which is greatly appreciated in this economy and times we are in. Bouncers sometimes rough people up but i guess its to be expected to try and keep everyone safe. Serves wide variety of drinks as well as MOCKTAILS😍🍹

The vibes! The pizza! It does get a little packed on some nights. So I’d wanna say it’s perfect to go with a group of friends for drinks. But then it’s got something for everybody honestly. Definitely a must visit. Get your pool game on.

The half chicken is DELICIOUS; the $10 price such a great deal. However I will only ever go again during the day. The crowds at night (Friday night) are overwhelming. It's a great party spot for the younger crowd - music blaring, parking filled for hundreds of meters into the fields. Hectic.

On a Saturday the night experience is mostly for the young at heart with loud music, oka pipes and all... However there are great cocktails, and tasty pizza to compensate

Pathetic DJ. Zero rhythm, zero mixing skills. Was very much disappointed with the DJ together with the people I was with. Please improve on the DJs you select to play in your space.

Jam tree was really great in the afternoon it gets quite full but its really great. Has a nice kids play area and i discovered a small market in the back. Definitely a good family chill spot . Ive heard wonders about it at night time will be back with an update after the re_visit.. Ohh and the chicken salad and smoked chicken where on point.

This place is absolutely stellar. It has good food, amazing cocktails, an exclusive wine collection and a vibrant mood. During the week it's perfect for a relaxed meal, drink or even meeting. During the weekend it becomes an unforgettable vibe and the place comes alive with different djs on rotation throughout the weekend . The staff is efficient and friendly and they make you feel part of the family every time you visit them again. Suitable for families, groups of friends and even colleagues.

Had the pleasure of live music and the atmosphere was really good. Glad there was adequate parking inside the venue and the drinks and meal portions were so generous. Will definitely visit again. Also liked how it's got a bit of appeal for people with kids too.

One of the best joints that l have ever visited in Harare. The vibe and the food is out of this world. The place can be very busy but staff is always alert and willing to help. Child friendly environment especially during the day. They have one of the best wine list in town. I highly recommend this place any day any time.

Venue: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Food: 4/5 Love the place but some of the waitresses will run off with your change if you are not careful, look out for the one with a piercing on her bottom lip (usually in the winery). I was there week after week with friends and groups and she would come up with stories of leaving my change at her house??? Not really upset about it as I get great service from every other waiter/waitress but it is concerning to see someone take my money and treat it as their own. On top of that I could not even order or purchase anything with the change she owed me as she had spent it.

Its a very nice place for chills and having fun with friends and family in the afternoon, a very good place its like a pub and grill, a restaurant, a bar and its just a unique place i love it. It also has Five aside soccer pitch for those who love football, a basketball, tenis courts

Lovely place and love their platters, the only challenge is limited choices, if they introduce an option where you can chose the meats on your platters i would give them 5 stars. The music and ambience is great.
