Best for young people and young couples strategically located close to the hospital, a walkable distance from Montague Shopping Centre and a similar distance to Harare Sports Club. Very close to the main CBD and it is a fairly safe place. There is parking for residents and security.

Parking space is crowded

I visited as a guest. The security personnel were friendly and very helpful. The grounds were well maintained. The parking bays were immaculate. The waste disposal bay needs attention. The kids' playground was clean and safe.

nice and neat apartments they are being maintained well, however, when you drive out you have to be very careful because it's not very visible, the will be cars parked outside and it blocks the driver's view

Great place, always clean, well maintained, manicured lawn and enough parking spots with shade cloth for each apartment. There's borehole water as well so no water challenges.
