Upmarket world class shopping center in the Central Business District nog Harare. Joina City’s modern architecture provides shoppers and visitors an authentic “Hararian experience” unlike anywhere else in this vibrant welcoming city. There is security all over the mall and the staff keep the place very clean.

It's okay, nothing much to write home about. You can find restaurants and entertainment here, from movies (Ster Kineko) to Nandos knockoffs (Barcelos). It's a mall so sometimes it's kinda full.

Always crowded!! Goods are expensive as you would expect. The hype around the place doesn't match the shopping experience. One redeeming quality is the restaurants and chillspots up there. There is a new sleek bar called Saints 'n Sinners! A MUST visit for laid back drinkers who like a bar with space, great service and a beautiful frequency.

This is top of the range structure in Harare. It includes services like banking , health facilities , clothing shops , banking facilities , supermarkets , it's got a spacious parking facility. The structure itself is superb. There are toilet facilities for both men and women. Photo shops are available as well. You will love it. The tall building has elevators and electric stairs to take you to the other floors. Making it much easier to move around without much effort.

one of the best designs in the city. Always busy as usual with lots of people doing shopping and eating at the food outlets within the building. Also a cinema nearby to watch a good movie

The Mall is usually crowded with the younger generation, it's an easy meet up place but it also harbours some exquisite fast food restaurants.

Joina City is not the prestigious shopping mall it set out to be in the beginning. Its has an average selection of shops which mostly cater to food, clothes and financial services with the odd IT shop or hair salon here and there.

Serene shopping experience. The place has essential business outlets like supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, confectioneries. The place has several entrance and exit areas allowing for easy access from either Jason Moyo, Julius Nyerere or Inez Terrace. The complex also has a great underground parking lot which is spacious and orderly.

Not what I expected especially during this pandemic period winding queues inside the mall. Their must be no banks in the mall. Or the banks must be hidden from the view of those visiting the mall. It's a mess. Gave it two stars because of Gotcha Nyama

Probably the best multi-storied mall in Zimbabwe. Popular stores like Pick-n-Pay, a fast food restaurant like KFC and to top it off there's a Ster-Kinekor movie cinema. Great place to do shopping and seek entertainment.

  • 4/5 kiven m. 2 years ago on Google
The mall houses neatly all classes of trade and is multi-story building. The mall doesn't have adequate parking space which commensurate with its occupants in its multi-story building.

Complex overwhelmed by banking halls. Too much crowding on banking halls housed in the complex making its aesthetic look not pleasing. If all banking can be assigned to ground floor it may work better

THE tallest building in the country. Joina city mall is an upmarket retail shops and office building complex. It is your one stop shop with banking halls, restaurants, internet cafes, mobile network operators, sports shops, jewelers, cinemas, gaming shops, all you can think of all located in one place. It is a very morden building with wonderful office space in the upper floors. It is a must visit whenever one comes to Harare, not that it offers anything special, just to tick the 'been there done dat' box. On the down side, the place can be pretty crowded at times. The crowds can make any visit to Joina City a nightmare.

Spacious car parking lots and affordable retail shopping prices, with loads not lots of .... but loads of discounts lol Always makes you feel like you are somewhere else that isn't your home country and that's breathtaking for me,do you agree❓❓❓ Be sure to visit,Joina City🔥

As one of the biggest malls in Zimbabwe if not the biggest. Joina city is really disappointing to say the least. The exterior is not that bad in terms of finishing but the interior is the disappointing part. It doesn't have that flair of a big mall. There's this funny odor inside. The escalators are always down and so are the lifts. The shopping experience is non existent. No big retailers to check out

  • 4/5 Nyasha K. 9 months ago on Google
It's in the heart of Harare CBD. The view is amazing, in the foot bridge you get to see buzz in the city. Many restaurants, banks and shops are within the walls of Joina. Basically all you need is in there.

It's clean and safe. Its an organized complex with plenty of goods and services providers with quality as a priority.Stay clear of this place if you're broke though because stuff here don't come cheap kkk If you have a healthy bunch of cash and you're looking for a safe place with great service delivery without the hustle and bustle of typical Harare then it's a winner .

Joina City is a great place to visit if you are looking for a modern and spacious shopping and office complex in Harare. It has a lot of options for shopping, dining, entertainment, and business. It is also very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the security is good. I like that it is open 24 hours, so I can go there anytime I want. I would recommend Joina City to anyone who wants to experience the heart of the city.

The exprience at Joina is well placed, its a good place tl shopa and i like there is enough security personel and information booths so unlikely to get conned or lost. However there is alot of activities in second floor and the area usually get filled with a lot of people even those just sitting for hour after getting the servoce and it make it noisy...
