It's a nice view seeing traffic while there is quietness indoors. Service is quick and also you could just pick up your Nandos take away in a matter of minutes if not seconds. The cashiers are upto the task. The new renovations make it more cozy and relaxing. Great atmosphere for dates, business meetings and family meetings esp family

It's the same old Nandos we all love, perfect drilled chicken and perfect service. It's awesome for just two ✌🏽 or a crowd. Ordered two half chicken which were great, chips, Greek Salad with Pineapple and Feta, with their designer drinks. Lovely atmosphere. I don't regret it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

So we ordered the full Chicken with lemon and herb basting, with chips as sides and a large Greek salad, I won't lie I love love love the Nando's Greek salad, I can't go to Nando's and not get that salad, love their Chicken it's so juicy 😋😋😋 and loved the service too, I will definitely go back...no doubt...

The fries need 100% new recipe please. Hmm they are hard. The chicken is great. Lack of stuff on the menu. No milkshake available. Poor service by the cashier : attitude. The waiters were great.

I love Nandos Chicken 🙌👌. I make sure I buy it every time I travel to Harare. Parking is sometimes a hustle especially during peak periods. I wish some of the ladies serving at the tills were more polite n welcoming though.

Good lighting & deco - but we had a horrible service- The tables were dirty, & the beverages we wanted were not in stock. We ended up drinking the only ones that were available- Icy coco pine - Music was way to loud. Conclusion: Standards have gone down here!

The waitresses weren't friendly, got our food an hour + after we had ordered. All we kepr getting was we are busy from the waitresses .I was disappointed only got served after l asked to see the manager.

I love me some Flame grilled Nandos chicken once a while :).. this time around I bought me a half chicken and chips hmmm yumminess defined.. . My fav is lemon n herb Flav tho lol sometimes mild when I'm feeling cold ;)

Absolutely loved the place. The Till Operators were super friendly and patient, the waiter didn't hesitate to bring the drinks we ordered as we sat down and the food arrived in less than 10 mins. I ordered a half chicken meal with a coke and a Boujee Bowl with extra haulomi cheese with a minute made. All for $17 The portion sizes are fair. The Boujee Bowl is a must have, the Haloumi cheese is incredible, I suggest you introduce Haloumi sticks, like in the UK branches. Its not a busy area and there is great ventilation, highly recommend!

Wow. I had one of the best experiences at this place. I'm intrigued with their attention to datail, everything is just perfectly designed for a best experience. A very beautiful place and exceptional waiters. The food is very good.

Nandos is a niche market takeout/restaurant They offer succulent Portuguese chicken served with vegetables, rice,salad or fresh chips . I have tried their chicken wrap which is quite juicy. Im yet to try their burgers though. The location of this particular branch does not resonate well with the brand. The outside is often crowded with vendors ,touts etc. The safety of the parking is questionable. Their service is good though

I am partial to Nando's, I do not know if I should be doing this review. But, if you really want to know. Nando's remains unbeaten as far as fast food outlets go. And the same goes for this outlet. It's spacious. Perfect for family meals. Furthermore, the service is always top notch.

The place is beautiful.l was well served .l was quite disappointed because they were supposed to give me garlic bread but instead they gave me plain bread . Truly speaking l was disappointed.The main reason l even bought the food was because l love loved their garlic bread.Besides that only it's a very wonderful place to get delicious food 😊

Waited for over 90 minutes to have our takeaway food prepared. Worst Nandos I have ever been to in Zimbabwe and internationally. There is a lot that they can improve on in terms of their Service.

Thd place has been renovated and is very clean and eye catching. Staff needs to talk more to clients though because not everyone is aware of the new ordering system.

it's alright, spacious i like the designer drinks, just that the salt shakers should be filled up more often Went there a couple of more times, well the more I go the less I'd recommend, one of the few experiences I wanted to but lunch for the team in the office the phone wasn't reachable and later they were not picking, we went and ordered the order took forever and the orders were captured right but dispatched WRONG, i engaged them and I was given a ref number and nothing was done, went back again for twice lunch date and they always dispatch wrong. I have about 4 experiences where I had to just compromise to save time.

Do not go there if you are not patient enough to wait for an unimaginably long time. Went there, ordered , was told to wait 10 to 15 minutes and waited THIRTY WHOLE MINUTES for a simple Chicken Prego order. And to add insult to the injury, they only started processing the order when I went to complain. 2nd time, a week apart, had to wait over 45 minutes for a ¼ chicken and chips. You'd swear they are slaughtering their poultry in the back room themselves👎🏾 Might only find myself ordering there as a last resort and only because it is Nandos

Best place when you want good fast foods and even traditional pap/sadza. Rice , quarter chickens, chips ,wraps etc.

It was okay nothing bad or good just average maybe because it was a takeaway so I didn't seat to experience the place.

Its so sad how Nandos is abusing its till operators buy taking money out of their pockets to pay for unreasonable, unethical policies they claim to have in place Nandos manager denied to give us the change the following day. He said it's your policy that when a client forgets his change when they come back they till operator will have to refund the money from their pockets even though the till operator declared an excess the day i forgot my change. I find this not ethical and looks like your stuff is stealing from till operators The till operator was about to cry as the manager insisted that Nandos dsnt refund any change left by clients hence to get the change the till operator will have to pay.

Since l last visited the place has changed but l totally love the decoration and the different colour themes they have gone for . We ordered full chicken and chips and it was tasty and this was after a drinking escapade so that we could kill the hangover.

Good service and place is conveniently located in the Avenues area along Samora Machel. Place can be busy during peak hours like lunch so one needs to plan ahead when in need of buying food.

They don't have steak knives had to use my hands to it the butter knives can't cut the overdried chicken I had ordered something needs to be done with the service as it's poor took long to receive our order and tables don't have condiments. This establishment actually ruins Nandos for me.

Well, it was my second time at Nando's Samora Machel... that's when I bought The first time was when i was checking out available locations where I'd be able to get fast food that's also more natural as compared to other eating and takeaway places that simply bake chicken As a result, I landed on Nandos and realised their options were not baked, so you'd get a natural taste.. and had an option to choose the spice to be added to your natural grill Now, definitely, second time was today, and I ordered quarter chicken with mild pepper plus chips and it was a feeling away from the rest... All so delicious, and the natural taste surely made the difference as compared to all the other chicken places around town According to the location of Nandos, it's right on a street corner, so it has parking on both ends of the streets This provides ample parking space for more people as compared to when it's only one street

My first experience at Nandos Samora Machel is nothing to rave about. The food is always on point but the service we received was horrible. We ordered our food @ 13h41 and for 30mins we just sat there looking at each other. After multiple enquiries to 4 different personnel we eventually got our food, no sauces on the table and worse no cutlery. Nandos, please improve on your service. Nothing wrong with the food!

Typical Nandos however it can get a bit slow on a bad day so I don’t advise you Gi there in a hurry. However it’s Nandos and expect pretty much that. There’s a too pf decent seating to spend a few there. The parking can be a pain unfortunately and you would be lucky to get some at the wrong time

Bought ¼chicken by 2 but was no packed only to see it wen I got home tried to call but none is answering ,I'm disappointed with that poor service can u rectify it please need my order asap
