The shops need some maintenance work. Perishable products are not easily available, and if available they won't be as fresh as we expect them to because there are always power issues. This is a mall that has lots of potential since its located close to Epworth.

This place is now old and needs renovations... Seems all the shops have similar products and hence forth the competition which results in cheap prices. Lacks diversity for daily goods and for the necessities, customers will have to travel to town

An eyesore, pale shadow of its former self, needs a major facelift. The only notable exception is the new fuel station

Few shops around this place which are not even full of the few basic commodities. The service station is closed 95% of the times with no fuel at all
