Shopping complex with huge potential for growth. Surrounded by residential estate flats, and low density suburb of Marlborough. Civil and social activities playing ground is not properly maintained by local authorities. Garden for recreational activities and park is available with lack of maintenance as well. Gas stations are available for both Liquid Petroleum Gas, and motor vehicles fuel. Postal and Telecommunications services are available at Zimpost. Motor vehicle insurance renewal and licensing is available at Zimpost.

The place is so unkept , the shops are so out dated paint work pealing off no tar mark…. The generators are so noisy , the security guards manning the flats by the post office are just there they lack professionalism … ..WORST NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERIENCE EVER…

Abandoned shopping centre

The place nolonger looks good as it used to be. A lot needs to be done to fix the centre's standard. The roads leading there from both Harare Drive and Elizabeth Windsor Road are in a sorry state. The potholes are way too much.

the exterior is an eyesore. no one cleans up the walls or corridors/windows/etc.no roads just potholes and no designated parking spots.there are men drinking beer all over. good for if you want to buy fresh veggies since there are vegetable vendors everywhere.

The place has a good selection of shops, including a supermarket, butchery, liquor store, and medical centre

There is a bike repair service that is very reliable!

The place has seen better days, highly unsanitary and ill kept.

The place needs sprucing up. Very dirty place with punget stench of decay and urine

The total service station is the only thing funcitioning well...too many potholes on the roads

The park is almost non existent now.

I grew up in the neighborhood, and I've watched this place degenerate to nothing. The road and parking lot are riddled with potholes and it's just not what it used to be anymore. Who ever owns the place is really terrible at taking care of the place.

Poor shopping experience, poor product range offering, poor parking and driveway maintenance.

It's a shabby place. Don't like it. Wanted a hair cut only.

Chap was not there to open, but was assisted by another worker and re-directed to another civic center.

Local shops, with basic convenience goods, nice chill point after work, have a beer with the boys by the car side.....but a of a ghetto hang out

The shopping centre is getting dirty and crowded, also too many vendors now.

Crime around this area is increasing. My helper got robbed there by con artists. beware.

The place needs to renovated Old buildings

The complex is still providing a 3rd world country service, in terms of entertainment and catering, however it is ideal for a quick stop to refuel & buy simple snacks is it's main thriving service. Not a place to bring your family or to hang around.

A bit on the down side. Civic centre has become an old and delapidated mall.

The place has some good bars and the butchery there sells some high quality meat

Not very smart but they deliver, petrol is alyways available yaah
