    I went to Focal Point to buy a battery for my watch. The young man attending to me spent a few minutes on the computer looking for a battery that would match mine. He was very polite.     Such an amazing customer experience !! I usually dont have time to go alllll the way to a shop to enquire about something so i contact them through FaceBook Messenger or even call them and they are EXTREMELY responsive on both.
