I visited the dhl Zimbabwe website and booked a service to collect my documents from Bulawayo and deliver them to me in Harare. There was no option to make payment online so I had to visit this office. I paid the $10 fee they asked for only to be informed that the sender in Bulawayo would have to deliver the documents to the DHL office in Bulawayo. I was not happy as Inhad booked and paid for a pick up and delivery service. The lady at the counter spent some time in the back and on the phone then told me that the documents would be picked up at the sender's adress the next day. That was 21 days ago and they have not done anything yet. Not even a phone call or an SMS or an email from them. Nothing

After waiting over a week to get my documents picked up, the guy picking them up is on the phone, so had to wait for him to finish his very important call, then his extremely rude, gets the documents and just goes, not a word said.

Terrible service! Gave a rating of 1 because I can't give a 0. Mostly dealt with David Mudzami from customs who was extremely rude and unhelpful. They made multiple unexplained additional charges and tried to charge storage of $30 per day which was unjustified. Avoid them at all costs!

Had the best experience dealing with a very effective Doreen, when I wanted to have my envelope collected from Sandton. She sent me the forms online and made the whole process so smooth and had my envelope delivered in time and intact. This time the DHL service was way better than last time, maybe because I dealt with the most awesome person in their team.

The service is impeccable. The staff and guards engage professionally to assist in every way possible. The ambience is comforting and pleasing and there is minimal waiting time. The only downside is the limited parking space even though the outlet is located at the edge of the Harare CBD

The building is fairly built. Services are well served up with friendly staff. Might be a little bit expensive due to little competition from other service providers. Just that they don't have any seating places for waiting clients hence long queues on peak seasons
