Huge and peaceful shopping environment. Loved the money center serving mukuru and world remit at the top of the store. Very convenient in this economic sphere

The staff and service is excellent. The Supermarket is conveniently located for people on the go. This festive season however it's the slow service that's being offered by their Mukuru service upstairs that's disheartening. I don't know the reason behind having 4 people with deposits wait in a long queue together with 20 people who need withdrawals. I believe that people with cash deposits should be given first and top priority then the rest can follow. Sometimes they send people away saying theirs no money when the cash is actually in the same queue with withdrawing customers.

Not so bad of a shopping experience

Ok first stress is a better place to buy groceries if you think of doing shopping in twn. staff and front managers are always hungry to serve you,and the shop is very very smart .go and see for yourself

The shop is very big and the workers are very kind and they have lovely customer care

Well stocked. The meat at the butchery is so appetising and free from flies. The floors are clean and items can be accessed easily as there is enough space to move around. Management should encourage the tell operators to ut more speed when attending to customers.

Busy, but well stocked and fast service as they normally have all the tills functioning. Quite convenient if you ever find yourself in the CBD.

Festive season shopping is always a pain due to long queues and the till operators were slow. Had a hustle getting parking space due to taxis that had taken up all the bays

Always busy, especially during rush hour, but very convenient spot when in town. Parking along Nelson Mandela not much of a hustle if you are driving.

Just the long queues at the tills but a good place to have lunch upstairs.

I often shop here. It's spacious and they have a good range of products. I love their first floor with stationery, kitchen stuff, clothes as well as the sit in area to just relax after all the shopping.
