Horrible experience. They wanted cash upfront and would not accept international debit cards initially even though it was an emergency and I did not have enough cash on me.

Still waiting for my invoice and copy of prescription for treatment on 5 July. Email address provided on facebook was not answered. Incorrect e mail address on receipt. Whatsapp was answered the first time and invoice promised but not received. 2nd and third time whatsapp no response. No feedback from pharmacy. Can't reach you by phone. Really bad service and very stressful to keep chasing for a simple thing like invoice. I cannot submit a receipt to my medical aid. I need a proper invoice please.

Incompetent - Dr's report confused left from right knee, didn't bother dressing the wound, had no tetanus at all in the emergency clinic, leading to a trip over to Kensington 24 and back just to get it.

Absolutely horrible place, service is terrible. Only care about money rather than the well being of their patients.

Great place however ,my car got broken into by a black xtrail around 2pm ,I was parked outside and they took my handbag that had my valuables.When you go there park inside.
