    I am so disappointed at the service I received today at the bar. The therapist completed my nails and I Asked her if she was happy with her work she produced, she said no and redid the nails. When she was done and I looked at them I couldn’t believe it, the finish was messy she didn’t bother to clean them at all. I didn’t say anything and proceeded to go pay. Before I started my nails I was quoted 15 USD. When I’m going to pay I’m told there’s an extra 5 USD fee for removing previous nails, a fee I wasn’t informed about prior. I don’t mind paying for a service but I found it sneaky & unbecoming to just slip that in at the end. I was so disappointed with the service I received. It was my first time going there and I can’t believe how bad the service was. I have photographs of the finished product.
