The looks are very pleasant and the shop is clean. Need to stock more freshly packed whole chickens though. The problem of change can be solved by using the US$ and pegging all prizes in US$. The local currency called RTGS creates problems for the majority of Zimbabweans because it fails the definition of what is called money in the rest of the world.

Still one of the best PnP in the City. Clean. Lots of parking space. Kid-friendly environment. Restroom 🚻 are clean. It's usually busy on Sunday so more till operating staff is highly appreciated to reduce human congestion in the shop. But the rest in top notch.👏🏾👏🏾

The supermarket is big and spacious and l find l can do all my shopping under one roof from butcher.bakery takeaways.cereals.prawns.etc you'll find it and their customer care is way above average they so helpful as well l just love this place l come here to shop from ruwa

Your mall in one you can find a whole lot of items here...Marinas Closet for luxurious shopping..home ware shops...gym pharmacies everything. Take late evening walks around here and you will thank me later..i loved the lights and the atmosphere is to die for around 6pm when all the pressure of grocery purchases has died down.

The store had run out sugar which is a basic food item. They also didn't have Crosse and Blackwell Mayonnaise which I had came to the supermarket for. The store manager needs to constantly check on their stock levels for the basic items.

I had a pleasant shopping experience at Pick n Pay Westgate. Found the staff helpful and willing to assist. Most importantly I was able to find all of the items I wanted therefore didn't need to go to other shops. I enjoyed the shopping spree.

Set up in the store is excellent. Very wide range of products at competitive prices. Too bad I cannot say the same about service at the checkout point. It took around 10 minutes to get change for purchases of $5 from $10. This was close to the end of the day and one would not expect this from such a big shop. In the meantime I was not informed directly what the problem was, only got to know through hearing conversations between the till operators and a person I assumed was the supervisor.

Went there and bought a lot of groceries asked for assistance in packing it in Plastics and they told me no one could help me I alwys shop in Avondale and there is alwys someone there to help you pack your groceries even offer boxes if need be not in westgate their customer service and s so bad

Amazing staff and customer service! Loved shopping here. The staff at bakery and deli were very helpful and friendly. The shop has everything you would generally need. Exceptional service. Definitely recommend!

It was clean and they take Covid precautions very serious

As a result of its size, it offers a variety of products, all of them which come at a reasonable cost depending on your budget. The trolleys are well-maintained and fruits & veggies section is fresh (according to everytime I go there).

Very clean and a quick in and out.just wish they have better trolleys and fresh produce like fruits and vegetables that aren't about to rot.
