My elderly Dad was admitted on Boxing Day 2022 post a traumatic fall, in which he sustained a peri prosthetic femur fracture. From the second he arrived until his discharge, the entire team were nothing short of brilliant! The surgeon, Mr Jabu Mthethwa and his team, Dr Tinashe Mando, Dr Mucheka, Dr Simba Pfumojena, SRN Brenda, SRN Tanaka and Boss Robyn - Your expertise, compassion, professionalism and care went way and beyond your call of duty. Thank you ! The same goes for the staff in the ED HCU, Physio dept, patient support services and administrative staff. I honestly do not have the words to express my praises and gratitude towards this 1st class medical health facility and the angels who give to it, without a single iota of reservation. On behalf of my family and I, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! 💕 I am so proud of my people in my home country for their 1st class care and professionalism. Thank you all so so much !!!

My father was recently admitted in the HDU. By th time he came out he had severe bed sores, I understand that patients should be turned every 2 hours to avoid this, so this obviously didn't happen. He said it was his worst experience in a hospital. He died about a week later.

We as a family recently experienced the fantastic service Health Point is providing the community of Harare. From a cup of tea while waiting to see my Dad after landing in Harare from SA to the kindness and empathy shown to our large family and in particular our Mum. The care our Dad was receiving was as good as any that I have seen in my years of training and working in a hospital environment. All the little things make a difference - proper professional and regular attention to our Dads comfort when he could not do it for himself was noticed and appreciated by us all. Loads of Respect and empathy for the family with a kind smile and lots of regular communication. Nurses and doctors alike you are a team of champions - thank you so much. One of the best Hospitals in Zimbabwe. Despite being a hospital, they offer a level of care that makes you feel at home. The staff is also amazing and caring. They offer a variety of meals as per patient requests and the they are made with love to promote recovery.

I delivered my son there on the 2nd of January 2024.The service was top notch and the staff is amazing.I would recommend it anytime.
