Their customer service is unacceptable. The front desk officer is VERY rude and unprofessional. Dogs were barking all night and day so we couldn't sleep or even sit in peace. The running water from the sink and the bathtub is dirty and brown. It was a very bad experience.

The hotel was located in a very strategic location near the meetings I needed to attend, and easily accessible. The price was reasonable, with good reviews, I booked. I was surprised that they have a shuttle from the airport, and their desk is the very first thing you see when you exit the arrivals gate. The room was clean and decent, breakfast was simple but good enough. The security measures taken at the gate are reasonable, spent couple of nights without any issue. it is not a 5 stars hotel, but a decent and solid 4 stars for sure.

This Hotel should be one star , i dont know how its rated 4.5 stars. Dirty , old , service is bad . Location is good . The hotel need updates especially in the bathrooms and the rooms .

Let us begin with the cleanliness, the hotel is clean and quiet. The room size is good but the bathroom is rather small. The bed is comfortable as well as the pillows. The reason I gave two stars was mainly because of the poor maintenance e.g. bidet showers leaking, the silicone caulking on edges of the shower is peeling off and looks disgusting, most of the rooms had no fridge, the reception staff neglect guest's request and not committed even if guests made a complaint. Finally, the hotel management seems they don't care about the hotel image at all!

Poor receptionist, he tried to manipulate tax fees to pay in $usd. When confronted, he then changed his mind. (Hek mbayan 3endo 3al “system”) Older version of 100$ bill not accepted. His argument was that the bank doesn’t accept. (Fransa bank he said).

We usually reserve conference rooms with coffee breaks and lunchs at Lankaster. The staff is friendly and helpful but the food can be better

pros: 1- staff are polite and nice 2- hotel is clean 3- free airport shuttle which is very good cons: 1- there was an inside door between our room and the next room which is not sound proof, this made it very hard for us to sleep or talk, we could hear everything in the other room. 2- the window has bad sound proof so the street noise made the sleep very hard. 3- food delivery is not allowed in the hotel!!!

I recommend this place. The staff is so friendly. The location is really good close to the city center. The hotel is good according to the price. The breakfast is okay.

Where can I start, first of all the hotel was very dirty, the rooms had a very weird smell, secondly the internet was very weak and inconsistent, and doesn’t reach the room, the breakfast was very poor with very limited selections and a very salty omelette. It look like very little effort was put into the hotel compared to the price they are demanding. The staff were also incompetent and seemed like they didn’t care at all.
