My room had no heat! I had to sleep in my clothes and coat! Also, the reservation page said "free hot breakfast". The was NO breakfast served! I feel I most definitely wasted my 16,000 points! I tossed and turned all night in the cold thinking to myself "well, at least you get a HOT breakfast in the morning!!". Nope! Talk about adding insult to injury! This property is the WORST! If anyone with Choice Hotels reads this, PLEASE REFUND MY 16,000 points to my choice account!!!

I was very satisfied with this hotel, everywhere in this hotel smelled fresh and not dirty(like smoke). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Well worth what you pay for to have what every hotel should set their standards to.

Advertised hot breakfast; breakfast options were stale cereal with milk or an apple. Pool was so dirty. It was gross. Felt bad for the employees, the hotel seemed badly understaffed. Rooms seemed fairly clean despite everything else.

It was a smoking hotel, rooms smelled bad. T.V. screen was cracked, and the remote didn't change channels, or volume. The young lady that checked us in,changed out the t.v. for us. Very overpriced for a worn out, damaged, smelly room.

Don’t waist your money here! Service was great but the rooms are dirty. All they have for breakfast is honey bunns and juice or coffee. Its not worth $130.00 dollars! Better off at the Super 8 next door!

I see plenty of apologies but no improvement. This place is disgusting and should reimburse me for my one night stay of 130.00. This gives the other Quality Inns a bad reputation for dirty rooms. The curtains were ripped,the mattress stained, tub dirty, headboard dirty...everything was dirty. If it hadn't been so late when I checked in I'd have looked elsewhere. I REALLY don't think the owner cares. So after speaking with some locals I was informed this is where the addicts choose to stay. Lesson learned!!!!!!

This hotel is a disaster. Dirty, bad to no internet, and Breakfast was a joke. The cooler only contains butter. They show a poster of fruit, coffee and waffles. The waffle maker made waffle hash. Everything stuck to the waffle maker and you had to scrape off pieces. There was a toaster, but nothing to toast. There were individually wrapped pastries. (About 4) Those pastries tasted like they were bought off the expired shelf. There are no luggage carts, but if you ask nice, they could loan you a laundry cart. If I recall correctly, the sheers were ripped as though a cat had climbed them. Literally, the best part of the stay was the ability to wrap up our visit early and leave. I would rather drive and stay an hour away then EVER stay here again. Oh yeah, the fruit on the poster.....I guess they must think Apple Jacks (or was it Fruit Loops) qualify as "Fruit".
