Do not go here. Found a hair in my food. Almost everyone here has a massive beard. If the manager thinks it's okay to have hair like that in a sub shop I will gladly take my money elsewhere. My bread was also burnt. The employees are rude. They don't say anything but "what you want?". This location has been a dumpster fire for awhile now and that was the last straw. Disgusting all around. Never ever again

Asked for no mayo, got extra mayo. Called and spoke with a manager, he told me he can't refund my credit card. I thought that was something a business who takes plastic is able to do. If I'm mistaken, I apologize. I definitely didn't feel the manager was advocating for making the situation right. I feel like I've been robbed of $18. UPDATE: JJ Corp. Emailed me with generic complaint form. I filled it out and they sent me a $10 Jimmy johns gift card for the $18 loss. So robbing me of $8 is okay to them, but $18 is going too far in their eyes? I'm completely done with this cracker jack box of a franchise. The gift card came in a mailed envelope with nothing else in it. Not a letter about the inconvenience, not anything. I'll be an advocate against them for the rest of my days so less people will be robbed by their carefree business practices.

After one hour of wait, I called the store to ask where the delivery was. The person on the other end said "yeah it's here, it's will be leaving in a few minutes" I'm like how long? He says " in a few, and there is deliveries in front" His attitude was very poor, and rude. I said there is nothing freaky fast about this, he reply was oh well. What a joke this place is, I paid with my card online, so I'm sure it will be a treat getting a refund as well.

I tried to make an order and the man on the phone was so rude. I know they close at 9pm but I just wanted to know if I still had time it was 845 and I only live 5mins away but after his rudeness I didn't want him handling my food. I will go somewhere else for now on.

Never had a fast food place mess up the order and then have me coke back to pay the 2$ difference. All because they didn’t hear me ask for bacon the first time. Seemed very petty

Workers were very polite and professional but this was the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I come to JJs bc it’s fast while I’m working . I was in there for about 15-20min with one guy ahead of me.

Food was great. Quick service. Sandwich makers were friendly. Cashier was distracted by his phone the entire time he was taking my order. Never even acknowledged the end of the transaction and went back to watching videos out loud on his phone.

Been coming here randomly for about a year. Always been about the same people. Learned I need to give them time after I put my order through so I still give them about 20 minutes go to a different store before my order etc. Even then my order is never ready. This would be fine if the accuracy was fine but is also like they never read the instructions. Lbi light sauce cut the sandwich, never things that are done. Took an additional 15 minutes for my food, so 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

There wasn't much in the sub and I was still hungry. That's terrible.!!

C'monnn guys. Do you read any of the notes? Bread was not taken out, not cut in half, no napkins. Even though its all mentioned on the receipt. I wouldn't complain if it was the first time but its probably around 4-5 that my customization is wrong. Its so frustrating that it happens almost every time :(

My bread was so hard like why would you make the sandwich if the bread was hard smh I couldn't eat the sandwich I threw it away a waste of $15 and I like JJ but I would not go back to this one

Painless ordering through the app, my sandwich is always ready when I get there. A new traffic light makes it easier to leave during trafficy times.

. Service was excellent.. The sandwich was delicious.. Everything was fresh and accurate... Great all the way around.. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.. This is my fourth time there and I always forget to review... If the manager or owner reads this your store and staff is great..And I hope you show your appreciation for them... Worth every bit of my 25 min drive there....

We ordered 2 whole subs. Good thing they we not hot it took 1 hour and half. Call to ask if that was time practice. They said not usually. Then we said thank and we would not suggest your delivery. They said ok.

Just like any other Jimmy John's. Fast and fresh. I definitely do like the new Chicken Caesar Wrap they have and the croutons are not to hard. Definitely should give it a try if you like Chicken Caesar Salad

Clean, fast service, good staff

Very little meat on my sub which is strange cuz it's not like the locations I usually visit. Place had alot of kids working at playing around and goofing off. And yes I am talking about the employee's.

I travel for work and I frequent Jimmy John’s all over Metro Detroit. This is honestly the best Jimmy John’s around. The friendliest people as well as the quickest service. All the workers I have come into contact with at this location are great!
