I
went
to
Levant
in
Bulevardi,
the
food
was
good,
but
the
service
must
be
the
worst
I
have
ever
experienced
in
a
very
long
while.
Moreover,
even
if
the
food
was
ok,
our
appetite
didn't
last
long
after
noticing
the
level
of
dirtiness
of
the
place.
The
floor
was
dirty,
our
table
was
dirty,
three
out
of
four
glasses
on
our
table
were
dirty
(hard
to
forgive
as
we're
going
through
a
pandemic).
After
alerting
the
server,
she
took
the
dirty
glasses
away,
brought
new
ones
back
slamming
them
face-down
over
the
dirty
table
and
left.
Not
a
single
word
was
spoken,
no
apologies
whatsoever.
Plus,
the
same
server
refused
to
take
our
orders
in
English,
while
she
spent
the
whole
time
we
were
at
Levant
talking
in
English
with
her
other
colleague
(we
felt
made
fun
of,
to
be
honest).
I
worked
in
the
restaurant
industry
myself
for
many
years,
and
I
know
how
tough
and
frustrating
it
can
be
-
which
is
also
why
I
didn't
make
a
big
deal
out
of
it
when
interacting
with
the
server
in
question.
She
looked
very
young,
and
one
cannot
possibly
know
if
this
unprofessional
and
careless
attitude
is
her
simply
not
knowing
how
to
do
the
job,
or
maybe
a
response
to
unfair
treatment
(you
know
the
drill:
unpaid
shifts,
long
working
days
with
no
proper
breaks...)
So,
my
suggestion
for
the
management
of
Levant,
is
to
have
a
talk
with
the
staff,
address
this
kind
of
situation,
and
try
to
understand
the
cause.
If
any
problems
are
raised,
listen
to
your
staff
and
do
your
best
to
solve
them,
because
they
are
the
people
who
represent
your
business
to
your
paying
customers.
If
your
staff
isn't
happy,
customers
won't
be
happy
either.
All
the
best!
