We
and
our
local
family
members
have
been
here
MANY
times
over
the
last
few
years.
I
will
never
go
back
after
our
terrible
experience
this
evening.
(Let
me
preface
by
stressing
that
the
waiters
and
waitresses
were
superb,
professional,
friendly
and
helpful.)But,
two
steak
meals
arrived
RAW
in
the
middle.
One
was
ordered
medium
and
the
other
was
ordered
medium
WELL.
THIS
IS
SUPPOSED
TO
BE
A
STEAK
RESTAURANT,
thus
the
name
“Meat
Bar”.
Don’t
be
fooled
by
the
name.
After
complaining,
two
different
managers
basically
made
us
feel
like
we
did
something
wrong.
One
even
accused
my
wife
of
returning
her
uncooked
meat
with
out
the
goose
liver
topping
that
it
supposedly
came
with.
When
they
brought
it
back
out
the
second
time,
after
cooking
it
more,
it
not
only
came
back
a
SECOND
time
still
raw
in
the
middle,
but
was
missing
the
goose
liver
topping.
By
the
time
my
wife
and
daughter
received
their
“cooked”
meals
ON
THE
THIRD
TRY,
the
other
seven
people
at
our
table
had
already
finished
their
meals.
Neither
of
the
two
managers
on
duty
saw
fit
to
offer
any
type
of
compensation
whatsoever.
All
they
could
manage
to
repeat
to
us
several
times
was
“if
you
eat
the
food
you
have
to
pay
for
it”.
This
is
how
a
supposedly
top
notch
steak
restaurant
that
charges
top
prices,
in
a
neighborhood
with
a
Bentley
dealership
no
less,
sees
fit
to
treat
a
dissatisfied
customer.
Our
family
has
literally
spent
thousands
of
dollars
in
this
establishment.
Because
of
their
naïve
intransigence
they
will
not
see
any
more
of
that
money
going
forward.
This
how
short
sighted
they
are.
Based
on
tonight’s
experience,
it
literally
appears
that
the
restaurant’s
policy
is
that
it
is
more
important
not
to
lose
the
cost
of
a
piece
of
meat
than
it
is
to
lose
an
entire
extended
family
of
repeat
customers.
