This could have been such a great experience if the place was better managed. TWO stars for the great gentelmen they have in for the Security Guard. He is professional, friendly and welcoming. The other staffs just felt like crowd who knew very little about hospitality and the whole business felt like it could be great with some level of management. Day 1: The bed linens and towels were dirty and definitely not properly washed. Not all plugs were functional, the wifi was not working for some reason and the closets could have been fixed easily. Day 2: My room was changed without my consent or information !!!! That's a big NO. It was however a better room compared to the previous. Day 3: The staff struggled to prepare an invoice and had no record of the number of days I stayed! I think they probably miscounted the days of my stay! Mysteriously both rooms I stayed had only dim and colorful lights !!! It did not feel right to me.

I was very delighted with overall experience...This is very new hotel comparatively and all there rooms are very organized and finely designed. Very friendly and humble services proved by there staffs. And their room is tremendously fast. Overall great place to stay when you visit Hetauda.

The rooms were designed beautifully but the general hygiene was lacking. We booked 2 room for 1 night stay as the review online looked good but was disappointed. The bedding was not fresh and had an odd smell to it. Would not recommend it .

It's good Hotel to stay in Hetauda. Prices are reasonable and services are good. Overall, I am satisfied.

Service is quite good. Meal is average but milk tea is better.

Its so good hotel for lodge for Hetauda.

The room was good but not as good as they charged for. At that price we would have got better accommodation service and hospitality in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan. The best part of staying at this hotel was we were provided with silent room with nice view of the surrounding. The worst part was Mosquito bite throughout the whole night. My suggestion: please, provide Mosquito repellent (its affordable for the price we paid for).
