Great hotel for families, the rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and a good size. The food is surprisingly good and the stuff are helpful and nice. The location before Eilat and thr hotel take care of transportation to the city attraction or shopping mall. The Waterpark is very great and alot of water attraction.

The rooms were just fine. Food had a very low variety, vegetables weren't fresh and if there was a special kind of meat,it was burnt. No activities for kids except the show in the evening . We had a terrace in our room and when we finally sat down to relax we got splinters all over our body! The only plus is the water park ,but I would come only for it without staying in the hotel

The rooms are clean and well kept. The hotel is new and well kept, good and tasty food, the water park is fun. Everything as expected, regarding the hotel staff some of them are friendly and helpful and some angry and not so welcome, depends on the time of the day and pressure of work. The hotel management is very strict, some of the staff members are not professional and angry. Overall satisfaction is excellent! Very recommended.

Awesome for kids, and you can visit here even at winter, at the indoor swimming pool. This is all include hotel, who serves food all day long. At summer there is a nice water park, with couple water slides for all ages.

Visited with my sister and two 5 YO girls. Amazing experience for kids - seems the hotel was built around their experience. Rooms were good. Basic but very clean and large with a fridge and a good and large shower. The food was great during all 3 meals. Pool and water park are great fun and the kids shows and entertainment staff are great.☺️

Great family vacation hotel. Nice waterpark facilities & waterslides. Dining room was clean with various tasty dishes, also included gluten free possibilities. Hotel location is 5 min drive from City Center. There is both internal pool and outdoor pool, both fit to kids. The hotel personal service was excellent. large rooms with freezing AC :-) as required in such Hot weather location.

The location is good. Around 7 min from Eilat. The room are comfortable. The service was good. The food is OK. The pool outside without enough shadow. Overall was fun and the kisds enjoyed. The luggage room was not safe and open to all so need to improve the security in this case.

We had an absolutely fantastic time! The service provided was truly wonderful, and the entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure our kids were ecstatic throughout the entire experience. It was a joyous and memorable occasion for our family!

A very special staff, a clean hotel and a large dining room, for people traveling with children this is a perfect hotel. Water park with slides and not to forget the amazing breakfast

We stayed over a weekend (Thu-Sat) in January with 2 little kids (5 and 1 years old). We really enjoyed the food and the kids really enjoyed the activities. Also, the hotel is perfectly located and offers a very big parking lot. Public areas were extremely dirty - cups with alcohol and ice cream were thrown all over, floor was sticky, and kids area felt very non-maintained. Also, We couldn't enjoy the pool - the water in the indoor pool were very cold although we double verified (by phone) that it's warm. It was super important for us since we planned to use the pool with the kids.

We came to a weekend with 3 kids. We had a room with a private pool and that was amazing for the kids. We enjoyed everything at this hotel- the food, the pools inside and outside, the water park. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and willing to help. The shows were amazing, so fun and joyful, very professional with great entertainment staff. We had a great experience and we will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, well reserved and quite big (2 adults + 2 children). The staff was very welcoming. We really enjoyed the meals (breakfast, lunch and supper). The water park is good attraction for the kids.

Great facilities for children, pool and water park. Good food. Rooms are small and you feel a bit crowded. The team has one or two things to learn about hosting.

The food is great, the service is excellent, but the level of maintenance in the hotel needs improvement... We didn't have hot water in the room for two days, which is not a normal situation at all!

Wonderful hotel! Good food (not every food item at every meal is a success, but the variety and abundance is plentiful to satisfy every palate), great service, Waterpark is a must for kids and teens alike. Every family can rest assured to have a great time, especially with their children.
