Probably
the
worst
customer
service
experience
my
family
has
had
on
the
North
Shore.
My
husband
ordered
online,
put
in
a
coupon
code
that
he
had,
and
paid
the
full
amount
(which
was
correct
given
the
coupon
he
used).
He
went
to
the
store
to
pick
up
our
order
and
was
told
he
hadn't
paid.
He
showed
them
the
online
transaction
with
the
total
and
the
coupon.
They
told
him
he
owed
another
$30
(ridiculous)
and
claimed
that
he
had
only
partially
paid.
He
told
them
it
wasn't
even
possible
to
partially
pay
as
it
wasn't
an
option
online
and
he
paid
the
full
amount
after
having
use
the
coupon.
They
told
him
they
didn't
believe
him
that
there
was
a
coupon
(even
though
the
code
clearly
worked)
and
stated
that
he
needed
to
drive
all
the
way
home
and
get
the
physical
coupon
and
bring
it
back.
If
I
had
been
the
one
picking
up,
I
would've
just
asked
for
a
refund
and
left
them
there
with
all
that
food
rather
than
drive
home.
My
husband,
being
a
better
person
than
I
am,
went
home,
got
the
coupon
went
back
to
the
store
and
showed
it
to
them.
They
were
extremely
rude
to
him.
Despite
all
his
hassle,
he
never
received
an
apology
for
what
was
clearly
their
error.
By
the
time
he
got
back
home
again
the
food
was
cold
and
gross.
They
really
shouldn't
offer
online
ordering
and
payment
if
they're
not
able
to
understand
their
own
ordering
system
and
coupons.
Needless
to
say
we'll
never
order
from
Judy's
again.
This
disappoints
me
because
we're
frequent
customers
and
enjoy
their
food.
However,
there
are
too
many
amazing
pizza
options
on
the
North
Shore
to
put
up
with
rudeness.
