Heard nice things about this place. Stopped in 10 minutes before closing to get a raw pizza dough ball. Request was escalated to the manager who was sitting on the side and refused to sell a raw dough ball to me, no matter the price. Despite them closing in a few minutes, he proved his point. Such poor customer service, and poor managerial example to the young staff working there, it’s a no brainer. Sorry for the owners who can’t find quality people to represent their vision.

Probably the worst customer service experience my family has had on the North Shore. My husband ordered online, put in a coupon code that he had, and paid the full amount (which was correct given the coupon he used). He went to the store to pick up our order and was told he hadn't paid. He showed them the online transaction with the total and the coupon. They told him he owed another $30 (ridiculous) and claimed that he had only partially paid. He told them it wasn't even possible to partially pay as it wasn't an option online and he paid the full amount after having use the coupon. They told him they didn't believe him that there was a coupon (even though the code clearly worked) and stated that he needed to drive all the way home and get the physical coupon and bring it back. If I had been the one picking up, I would've just asked for a refund and left them there with all that food rather than drive home. My husband, being a better person than I am, went home, got the coupon went back to the store and showed it to them. They were extremely rude to him. Despite all his hassle, he never received an apology for what was clearly their error. By the time he got back home again the food was cold and gross. They really shouldn't offer online ordering and payment if they're not able to understand their own ordering system and coupons. Needless to say we'll never order from Judy's again. This disappoints me because we're frequent customers and enjoy their food. However, there are too many amazing pizza options on the North Shore to put up with rudeness.

You should order the double decker pizza, it is one of the most delicious pizza we had in Chicago. We ordered it with spinach, garlic, green olives. Also, the salad was very good and the veggies were fresh- very recommended. Last thing, the service there feels like that someone from your family is serving you!

We have been ordering from Judy's for years and years and seen a few owners. The new(ish!) owners are so nice and accommodating, they know our faces, names, and orders. I love that they are involved in the community as much as serving the same delicious pizza as has always been--a very unique and yummy pizza that we often order weekly, if not more. We love Judy's!

Great thin crust pizza and wings. Ordered online for pick up. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Highly recommended and a north shore staple.

Probably the best pizza on the North shore IMHO!! I've never tasted pizza sauce this good!! I screwed up on an order recently, but their customer service is amazing and left me a super happy camper!! Highly recommend!!

Judy’s pizzeria was catered at one of our meetings and I must say as a pizza lover this one made it to the top of my list! Everything was delicious and the service was very genuine! Thank you!

The best pizza around hands down! Been coming here since Judy herself opened in the old munch bucket site on Deerfield rd in Deerfield. Her son, Jerry, always knew my order when I called. Still love the pizza as it has not changed and it reminds me of good times in past. For get the movie Mystic Pizza. Should be a better movie called Judy’s Pizza !

The owner was very nice. This was a childhood place we shared fond memories when Judy was the owner. The double decker pizza then was fabulous. The double decker pizza this time could not come close to the memory. However, I wish the new owner much success.

First off let me state that I’ve been in Chicago my entire life. Mostly caving for Barnaby’s and Silo I decided to give Judy’s as it’s only a few minutes away. crispy, cheesy goodness. Guy at the pickup counter was also very nice. My new carry out favorite!

Horrible customer service. I strolled in with my toddler and the worker with the long hair wouldn’t even acknowledge me. He was scrolling through his phone. After a few minutes I asked how much were the slices. He mumbled “hold on” while still scrolling and playing with his phone on the counter. Did not look up at me once. Finally, the phone rang after a few minutes and Mr. Customer service HAD to answer it and then finally acknowledged me. Definitely lost my business. Hopefully this dude was an owner’s son or something because if he was hired then someone did a horrible job by hiring him. You will lose a lot of customers with that one

My husband and I were from out of town and we were looking to get pizza or burgers and we found Judy's pizza. The owners son was so nice and welcoming. The food was very good. If we are ever in the area again I definitely know where to get good food and customer service was excellent.

Judy’s pizza is one of my favorites on the North Shore. Not only do they have quality ingredients and great food, they do so much to support our local community. We are lucky to have them in Highland Park. If you want consistent, good quality food, definitely try Judy’s.

Ordered a 16" double decker Supreme and have Canadian bacon and anchovy online . only got cheese and half anchovy and Canadian bacon. . called to let them know about there mistake. They said that's how the order came there on there end . I went back on line and dial in a reorder for the same pizza " 16 inch double decker Supreme with half anchovy and Canadian bacon" it came out to the same amount as my first order. Recall back a guy answer the phone which was different from the first person. After explaining this to him and letting him no I refig the order and came out the same.. He was very rude and snotty and unprofessional.. Very displeased and will not be recommending Judy's pizza . I'm assuming there online ordering has some issues that need to be addressed as well as there unprofessional staff member!

Great pizza! Just moved into the neighborhood and I ordered for the first time when my friends were over helping me move some things in. Everyone loved the pizza and mozzarella sticks. The driver was very welcoming. Had a great experience and I look forward to ordering here again.

I called it in an order, but when I got there the young man said he had no record of it. The call showed up clearly in my phone log. I ordered and waited for a pizza. It was very nondescript, not terrible not great. I don't plan to go back here.

I would highly recommend trying this place! Judy’s Pizzeria is the best! Their double-decker pizza is absolutely worth trying! It is so incredibly delicious, unique, and very tasty. Most of their customers really like it. They also have other flavors and they have a huge variety of food selections. They have different kinds of sandwiches, chicken wings, salads, fries, tacos, and beverages. All of it has a reasonable price and is more affordable compared to the pricing of other food spots around the area. Absolutely the best pizza place here in Highland Park. The portions here are great and large. Their customer service is amazing! All of their staff is good, polite, and helpful. They are always attentive and willing to help the customers. They also served the orders on time. They are also entertaining and fun to be with. Everyone at this place is really nice and decent. The managers and staff are professional! Outstanding customer service! Visit this place and you will never be disappointed. You can save a lot here compared to going to other spots. You can also order when you are at home, they deliver too. You can receive the food so fast. Judy’s Pizzeria is really amazing and convenient! I would really love to go back again with my friends and family. This place is a gem! Please keep up the good work! I have been going here my entire life, from Friday night pizza nights to after school/church events. From the original location to the new. Sure the owners may have changed but the food sure hasn't. Do yourself a favor and get the double decker it's life changing.

We ordered three pizzas (a gluten free cheese, a double decker cheese, and a thin crust veggie+bacon), and requested all of them be pie cut. Two of them were party cut, and they all had a crazy amount of sauce on them. They tasted fine, but not particularly notable and the sauce was annoying. I wouldn’t turn it down if someone else was ordering, but I think we’ll look elsewhere next time we order.
