I was shocked at how unclean my private room was when I arrived for check in. I raised this with the management and felt very dismissed with them repeating that it was clean despite showing pictures of the clearly dirty room. I left and found much better accommodation, both hygiene and value wise, a few street away. I would not recommend.

Mình đã đặt phòng ở đây 3 ngày 2 đêm. Mọi thứ đều rất chỉnh chu, vị trí ngay trung tâm. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện.

The service here is amazing and I would stay again. It's not a traditional shared spece hostel, but the rooms were clean and really what you would expect more like a budget hotel. Make sure to kick your day off with a traditional iced coffee and go exploring the local area.

The location of the hostel is good. There's no noise on the street outside so I slept well. Thanks guys!

I stayed in a room rather than the dorm so can’t comment on the dorms but nice little bar downstairs to socialise or predrink. I’d imagine in peak season this is a good spot to meet fellow travellers downstairs. Didn’t seem to be any happy hour or drinks menu that I could see though. It’s close to the pub street so ideal for a few nights out. Very nice staff always available to help and organise tours or give information. Room had all the facilities you’d need (except a hairdryer and safe) such as air con, fridge, tv with English channels, plug sockets by the bed. It’s a cheap place to stay so there’s some low quality to the room. Bed creaked and felt like it would break every time I got into it. Toilet seat was ready to snap off, shower rail felt wobbly. Few light switches didn’t work, presumably a few bulbs out. Window has no curtain but is aimed directly at a wall so not a huge amount of light comes in. Go elsewhere for laundry, first place I’ve used in Asia where my clothes came back feeing crusty and not quite clean. Overall decent value for Ho Chi Minh and a comfortable place to stay for a few nights

Great stay at Saigon Hub. Bed was comfy nice bathroom and very clean room. The location is perfect close to everything but still very quiet for a good night sleep. The owners both are really friendly and helpful. I had a great stay. Thank you. Highly recommend for everyone!!!

Super clean and comfortable. Smack-bang in the middle of everything but quiet at night also so that made for a nice stay. Hope to come back again sometime :d

Great location. It's right in the heart of Saigon, very close to the Bui Vien Walking Street and lots of good food. The hostel however is in a small alley and it is very quiet despite its proximity to so many bars and clubs. There is a small bar and lounge area to socialize, but it's not a party hostel. The staff was expremely nice and accommodating. They helped me book a day tour and a bus to Phnom Penh. They even walked me to the bus station to make sure I got on the right bus. I also happened to be staying there on my birthday and they helped me organize a small little celebration, and assisted me with eating the cake I bought. I would highly reccommend Saigon Hub Hostel to anyone looking for a quiet hostel in the middle of Saigon.

In the dorms, the beds were private but the rooms and bathrooms were very basic and one night we had no water in our bathroom. Annoyingly, we had to pay 50000 dong to use the shower after checkout before we got our flight - we haven’t experienced this anywhere before and we have been travelling for 5 months. Also, if you want to do the Cu Chi tunnels tour, book independently of the hostel, as the hostel charges 585000 dong for the half day tour and we only paid 350000 through a travel agent for the exact same itinerary. Good location though.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and the place is great. The owners were lovely and attentive, they gave us tips of places to visit and treated us to coffee. Location wise the hostel is in a chill alley but super central and close to lively streets with music bars & restaurants. Highly recommended!🫶🏽

Great central spot. Close to everything, including bus 109 to airport. Owner and his wife are a brilliant team. Cosy bar downstairs with cool recovery jazz in the background. Really lovely. And! The beds and shower are comfortable and hot, in that order. No complaints

🫤 We booked the private double room. First thing they didn't mention is that it's on 6th floor, with no elevator. The way up is by climbing some steep, narrow staircase. We thought the wooden panels on the walls are just decoration, but nope, the walls are actually made of wooden planks. That means p...
