Good price, clean and spacious rooms and very friendly owners... They helped to set us up with tours and made sure we got a good price for our taxi to the airport. The location was great too: in the heart of a busy area but down a side alley so very quiet at night. Would recommend!

Such a nice couple run this neat little guesthouse with great value and great location. The only downside is having to go up all the stairs if you stay in a room with a view. We didn’t bother and enjoyed our stay fully! Got a lot of recommendations and help with booking to things such as Cu Chi tour and bus to Cambodia as well.

Really nice staff. They are trying to help where they can. No effort is to much. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Some have even a balcony. It's located 10 sek. from the center, but still very quiet, because it's hidden in one of the nice, narrow alleys. Would stay there again for sure and thank you guys for letting me in all the times at 5 p.m. in the morning.

The owners are nice and friendly. They assist you if you have any queries. You can have your peso exchanged for a viet dong for a good price. You can find a variety of vietnamese food along the street of the guesthouse. Every time I visit Vietnam I always stay here. If you have issues of going up floors you might have a problem because they do not have elevators.

Wonderful hosts, amazingly helpful, their tips will save you a lot of money. Clean rooms, comfy beds and suprisingly quiet for this busy area. Perfect stay for couples.

Would stay here again. In the backpacker area,so there's lots to do. Very clean and friendly hosts. They help by giving you a map and showing you the main points of interest. You can book tours and buses to other cities through then as well.

Nice couple that run the hotel, warm and welcoming also. Literally 1 min away the busy tourist'y road in Saigon and close to all the amenities. The rooms are massive and I would definitely recommend staying here in the future
